Highly recommend - this was a life changing decision and experience

I highly recommend Dr. Florin. My experience with Dr. Florin and her staff exceeded expectations. This was a life changing decision and experience. It was such an easy process, the recovery was not bad at all. I didn't experience much pain, just tightness. I did have a little back pain from sleeping on my back, nothing a warm pack couldnt fix. The results are amazing, I had 3 c-sections and...

6 months post op and couldn't be happier - I look refreshed and younger

My experience with Dr.Sadati was amazing from start to finish. The consultation was thorough, informative and zero pressure. I settled on a deep plane face and neck lift and a temporal brow lift. The surgery went very well. I felt a bit sick from the anesthesia and Dr Sadati FaceTimed me on a Sunday (my surgery was on Saturday) to ease my worries and make sure I was ok. All of my post op...

Very Personable

Tim at reception always greets me as if he's known me for years and is always so cheerful. The medical assistants are very informative and encouraged me to call if I had any questions. The Dr is in tune with concerns and has a warm bedside manner. The surgery was so convenient and private in very comfortable surroundings right at the same office with a incredible nursing staff. Dr Sadati has...

Highly recommend - she helped achieve the results I’m looking for

Dr. Florin is AMAZING. Wonderful bedside manner, gentle, very knowledgeable, and patient. She is always available to answer questions (even silly ones!) and works very hard to help achieve the results I’m looking for. She is personable. She is also obviously very educated on the newest and most innovative techniques, procedures, and products for skin and surgery. Love her!

Chin implant, neck liposuction & buccal fat removal - best decision

I had been insecure of my neckline my entire life and am so happy I finally did something about it. The confidence it has given me was worth every single penny! I have never had plastic surgery before and did not take choosing my surgeon lightly. I am SO happy I chose Dr. Sadati. My consultation with Dr. Sadati was straight and to the point, which I think was more so because he was my third...

Q: What is the best option to improve my jaw? (photos)
Answered by Dr. FlorinSeptember 7, 2023

A: Hello, to achieve a shaper and more defined jawline, you can consider filler to this area. Keep in mind that with goal photos, the photos of models or photos available on social media are often photoshopped/edited and it may not be realistic to expect the same outcome for yourself, given your anatomy. But filler would be the best option for you and could make your jawline look more defined. Note that you have a steeper angle to your jaw whereas your goal photos have a flatter angle to their jaws. It is difficult to change the anatomy or angle of your jawline with filler. Hope this helps!

Q: Facial asymmetry - any suggestions on what to consider? (Photo)
Answered by Dr. FlorinSeptember 7, 2023

A: Hello! You are beautiful and asymmetry is common. However if this bothers you, you may want to consider surgery. What you are seeing is puffiness on the left side due to the fat pads under the eye bulging or sticking out. Some people do see this at a young age like you and some people see this more on one side versus the other. To correct it, it would be lower eyelid surgery (transconjunctival blepharoplasty) to remove some of those fat pads on the left side. I have done this surgery to two different young women who just had one side with more pronounced puffiness. I performed the surgery only to the "puffier" side. However depending on your exam, a surgeon may recommend surgery on both sides for better results. I wouldn't do filler since it will not correct the problem and may only make that side look even fuller/puffier. Hope this helps!

Q: Male, 35, hyaluronidase diluted with kenalog messed my face, is this skin atrophy? (Photos)
Answered by Dr. FlorinSeptember 7, 2023

A: Hello, sorry to hear about what you've been through. Yes, it looks like you have some tissue atrophy from the Kenalog and 5-FU injections. Unfortunately this is common. However, it usually will improve and resolve over 6-12 months. It would be best to be patient with this process. You can also do facials (lymphatic massage) to help with swelling to your under eye. You can also microneedling to help with skin texture and consider using medical grade skin care products like retinol to help with skin texture and redness. I also suggest you see another provider to assess if the swelling under your eye is due to filler (if so, it could be dissolved). It's possible the area of swelling is not filler, but due to you being hollow nearby from the filler dissolve. Hope this helps but give it time and only try conservative treatments for now while your tissue continues to heal.

Q: Which procedure would reduce under eye bunching when smiling? (Photos)
Answered by Dr. FlorinSeptember 7, 2023

A: You are beautiful! But Botox will help to soften the bunching around your eyes when you smile. We should all have some movement/scrunching around our eyes which we refer to as "crows feet". A little movement is needed as we express ourselves with our eyes and our smile. But we can soften the amount of bunching that occurs with a little bit of Botox. Hope this helps!

Q: Tear through on one side - what I can do to get rid of it or make it look like the other under eye? (photos)
Answered by Dr. FlorinSeptember 7, 2023

A: Hello, I think fillers would be the most predictable way to address the tear trough on the left side and have it better match the right side. However, an alternative to filler would be "skin resurfacing" options that could stimulate collagen and help that area look less hollow (more smooth). Resurfacing options to stimulate collage would be microneedling or something like Morpheus (microneedling with radiofrequency). "Resurfacing" options are less predictable and require multiple sessions. It also doesn't address the cause of the asymmetry which I think is due to asymmetry in the underlying bone. Filler can help to restore volume on that left side to improve asymmetry. Hope this helps!
