If you are looking to get a rhinoplasty, look no further! Dr. Kotler and his staff are the best. I was looking for a Dr. who would give me a natural result, so decided to go to him for a consultation since I really liked my friend's nose who he had done previously. I am so glad I did. I am about a month out and the process was seamless, easy, and I had virtually NO PAIN. Go to Dr. Kotler. You will not be disappointed. He is the absolute best.
The Kotler is the best in the USA. He corrected my crooked nose from a previous Rhynplasty Using the permanent filler. He is professional and care about his patients. He even retouch a great job he did to make it Perfect. Thank you Dr. Kotler

Response from Dr. Robert Kotler, MD, FACSThank you very much for the praise and helpful commentary. Our practice has had great gratification for delivering satisfaction to patients like you, for many years. Although I am a very experienced surgeon, I have always felt that the best answers for patients are those that are the simplest, most predictable, most economical and most efficient. Certainly, injection of the permanent filler to correct the dips, divots, asymmetries and irregularities of the nose after one or more cosmetic procedures makes sense. Unfortunately, the key factor in the increasing popularity of the permanent silicone-1000 filler is that it is permanent. All other fillers are temporary and therefore, patients are not enthralled with the prospect of a “lifetime sentence” as one patient aptly put it. Thank you again for sharing your experience with the community.
Had a permanent nonsurgical rhinoplasty with Dr. Kotler. He has great bedside manner and made the procedure easy and painless because he narrates what he’s doing and when, which was especially nice for me having a fear of needles. I love my results and am glad that I chose this route instead of surgery!

Response from Dr. Robert Kotler, MD, FACSThank you very much for sharing your experience. Yes, people often don’t love needles but the anesthetic cream that we apply to the skin 45 minutes before the procedure takes away the pain and the anxiety of anticipating the pain. The permanent, nonsurgical rhinoplasty using medical grade silicone, marketed as Silikon-1000 is a very practical solution for many patients. Often a very appropriate substitute for surgery. There are some issues that must be addressed by surgery, but there are other issues that can be more handily managed by using the permanent filler. Amongst those are patients with a very low bridge typically seen in certain ethnic groups. The other is people with a somewhat round tip that benefits from adding some height and thus refinement to the tip. Obviously a consultation is always in order and can quickly discern whether the most appropriate treatment for a given architectural imperfection of the nose is surgery or the permanent filler office treatments. Thank you for sharing your experience with the community.

Hidden Gem Procedure
I found Dr. Kotler's office after extensive research on RS for surgical and non-surgical rhinoplasty. Surgery is incredibly expensive and risky, and fillers are temporary and quickly add up in cost. I always thought if a non-surgical rhinoplasty could be made permanent, that would be an ideal situation. Unfortunately, most plastic surgeons claim the non-surgical permanent rhinoplasty doesn't exist. Enter Dr. Kotler, who is one of two surgeons in the US who offer this service.

Response from Dr. Robert Kotler, MD, FACSThis is quite an analytical insight into why permanent nonsurgical rhinoplasty & permanent nonsurgical revision rhinoplasty are such important procedures. Because of the success rate, efficiency and cost, it is a winner. Not that it is always a substitute, but for those whose anatomy is appropriate, indeed it is a winner. This review should be helpful to all of those who are seeking to have improvement of the nose & benefit without the time & expense of a surgical rhinoplasty. Thank you.

Finally in the right hands
I've had 3 failed surgeries before landing in Dr. Kotlers office. Should have gone for it after the second one since I already knew about his non-surgical permanent procedure. I have only good things to say about Dr. Kotler and his team. The procedure took in my case 5 sessions. It may vary depending on how much you want to augment. Also it's important to point out that the process is gradual and each change is usually subtle so sometimes I felt like there was little improvement

Response from Dr. Robert Kotler, MD, FACSVery pleased to hear of your satisfaction w/ Permanent Non-Surgical Revision Rhinoplasty. After “3 failed surgeries,” this is a clear testimonial to educate the community – many dissatisfied w/ their nose after 1 + Rhinoplasties & assume “1 more operation will do it.” My staff & I aim to provide the highest level of service with the training & experience possessed, we know the 3rd element in excellent care is the delivery.
A heads up that this review will be pretty long and comprehensive. But I know how helpful these reviews can be when you're deciding if to have plastic surgery and who to have it with, so I want to include as much detail as possible. [Note: The after photos are from 2 weeks after my third round of injections. I may go back for one more touch-up appointment after it’s fully settled, but these will give you a good look at the close-to-final changes that have been made.]  First,
Highly skilled and great communication. I had a complicated case, this being a revision rhinoplasty. Dr. Kotler took tons of time with me to answer questions, review past records, work out a strategy that was realistic but that I could be happy with as well. I was concerned because I've had bad experiences before but his wisdom and experience gave me confidence. The surgery center he uses has an amazing staff and I am very happy with the results. Additionally his follow-up care

Response from Dr. Robert Kotler, MD, FACSThank you very much for sharing your experience with the Real Self Community and for recognizing the “unsung heroes” of surgery at the outpatient surgery center. It is important to spend time with patients before surgery. The time that is spent before surgery is just as important as the time we spend in the operating room, and you further indicated you were satisfied with the postoperative care.
I feel so bad that it has taken me YEARS to write this review (I'm a bit slow to say the least). Let me see, I have had - gosh I think three nose jobs before I saw Dr. Kotler around 7 years ago is my best estimate. Attached is a photo of my driver's license that was taken 10 years ago, and the second photo is my new California ID/driver's license that was taken last week. I will try and attach some more photos soon, but wanted to finally do this TODAY. My first surgery was approx.
Really professional and made the process easy and effective. Highly recommend. Dr. Kotler is one of the very few (only two in US) who performs this special technique, had done it thousands of times, saving a fortune on actual surgery and/or lifetime of fillers. I saw results immediately after first session, and only had to do two. He was honest and could’ve insisted on doing 3 sessions; but said we achieved what we set out to do without it.
I cannot express my gratitude for Doctor Kotler & what he has done for me. I came into his office feeling hopeless about fixing my previous botched nose job from another doctor, but he offered me a permanent solution without any surgery necessary. He gave me silicone injections that shaped my nose just how I wanted. He is truly so innovative & genius in regards to noses and what looks natural, he leads with kindness and honesty, while being beyond genuine and respecting

Response from Dr. Robert Kotler, MD, FACSThanks for sharing. The permanent non-surgical revision rhinoplasty can be an excellent substitute for yet another surgery. I have taken great satisfaction in helping people like you for many, many years. I am so pleased that you came to see us for that because it is a unique service that is practical, highly successful, economical, and finally puts your mind at rest knowing that you have a satisfactory nose and will not face an eternity of temporary fillers.
