5 out of 5 stars Revision Rhinoplasty
I came across Dr. Kotler through a friend of mine whose friend went to him for rhinoplasty. I researched him online through many sources and when I came to LA to visit my family I went in for a consultation. Right away I knew he was the one to do my revision. I read so much about him and saw all of his online photos and read his bio which is full of credentials and knew I was in the best hands. Dr. Kotler’s demeanor wins you over instantly. He is extremely friendly and will take all the time that you need to explain anything to you and address all your concerns. He wants you to be comfortable. His computer imaging is amazing because it allows you to see where his vision is and then you work on it together to come to a common ground. He is honest. He tells you which images are realistic and which are not. He only shows you what he can do. Dr. Kotler really is a superspecialist and that is what you need when you do a revision rhinoplasty. I did septoplasty as well because my first doctor, who was one of the top doctors when I did my first surgery, did not take care of. I can now breathe so much better and not through my mouth alone. Dr. Kotler knows his work. He is amazing. My nose came out fantastic and it is only three weeks after. Through the whole process, his staff was so supportive and answered all of my questions and helped me out with anything I needed. I wish I knew about him years ago! He is the only doctor I would recommend for primary or revision surgery and also, it really didn’t hurt one bit!!!!

5 out of 5 stars Rhinoplasty
My main goal was to find a plastic surgeon that was well experienced and one I knew I could trust. When I did my research and came across Dr.Kotler I knew he was the one because the amount of experience he had, not to mention how positive reading everyone's reviews sounded. When I went in for my consultation and met with Dr.Kotler he was very calm and reassuring and answered all of my questions and knew exactly what I wanted. His staff was very welcoming and polite which made me feel more comfortable. After my consultation I knew I wanted him and didn't bother meeting with any other surgeons. I made my surgery appointment right on that day and left his office feeling very excited and confident with my decision. Overall I would say that the care center, anesthesiologist, and Dr.Kotler himself were truly amazing and made the experience one to never forget! If your considering rhinoplasty Dr.Kotler is the one to go to. He is truly amazing at what he does.
After a disappointing Rhinoplasty, where I had more asymmetry than I had originally, I found out about Dr. Kotler. I went into my appointment dreading to hear about the major revisions that needed to be done. To my delight, he informed me that I could achieve symmetry without surgery. That silicone injections were all that I needed. Since our initial visit, I have have the injections of silicone and I am amazed with the results. Dr. Kotler truly is the best in his field and I am so lucky to be one of his patients.
5 out of 5 stars Chemical Peel
I’m 65, long time swimmer, daily exerciser, and shameful sun lover, and with lots of fine wrinkles & deep creases on the forehead and around the mouth. I looked older than how I feel and wanted a look of “freshness”. I was scheduled for a face lift elsewhere when I decided to consult Doctor Kotler. His recommendation was a chemical peel would be more effective to achieve my desired resul...
5 out of 5 stars Non Surgical Nose Job
Dr. Kotler is an fantastic doctor all the way around...talented/artistic/tasteful, great listener, great personality, helpful, and very experienced. I felt very comfortable trusting him and his staff to take care of me, and they did!!
I had my first consultation with Dr. Kotler yesterday and I am going to document my experience from start to finish. Hopefully someone will benefit from my experience. I met with Dr. Kotler yesterday for a consultation on a Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty using permanent silicone injections. I have some previous trauma around my nose that has left grooves and bumps. I like my nose or rather what it...
5 out of 5 stars Revision Rhinoplasty
After doing extensive research on revision rhinoplasty surgeons in California, I decided that Dr. Kotler was not only the most qualified but has years of experience with my type of problem. I watched a news video on Dr. Kotler’s website of a woman who shared all of the same feelings as I did after her first surgery. Dr. Kotler was able to help her so I knew he would be able to help me too! I gave this rating because it is accurate and true.

Referred by my sister and 2 good friends. My sister, good friend, and her sister all went the the best- Dr.Kotler. After meeting with Dr. Kotler, all my worries were put to rest. He takes great care to get to know each patient and remembered details about my sister from 10 years ago. I am an ER RN so I had a ton of questions. Dr. Kotler responded to my concerns with evidence based practice and with an amazing professional demeanor. The per-operative predictive computed images gave me an idea of the natural look Dr. Kotler is known for. His office staff are also very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The entire process from start to finish was incredibly smooth. The surgery center and it's staff where phenomenal. I was completely relaxed the whole time knowing I was in good hands. I would highly recommend Dr. Kotler if you are even considering rhinoplasty. After my experience, my only regret was waiting as long as I did. Thank you Dr. Kotler!

When you are in surgery, the doctor is performing an art. He is able to see it and how it looks and how it will look but after a day it doesn't look anywhere near that anymore but will go back to how he designed it over time. Kotler, great doctor, excellent techniques and really knows what he is doing. I have to admit, he took more off my nose and put more in my chin than I was thinking before surgery but once he was in there and doing his thing, he did what he thought was best and now 3 / 4 months later, I'm 100% happy with what he did. Kotler knows what he is doing 100% when it comes to nose and chin, he took me and made me a new person. I'm more confident and I don't feel like people are always just looking at my nose all the time now. They now look at my eyes when I talk to them and not glancing down at my nose.

While the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) counted heads to find that 15.1 million people had cosmetic surgery during 2013, they also learned the neck lift procedure was on the upswing. And it’s no wonder. The neck is the first to show normal aging that most would rather do without. About 55,000 mostly women and some men had the procedure in 2013, a six percent increase over 2012 neck lift patients. While some plastic surgery patients have a face and neck lift together,...
Plastic surgery has a long but inaccurate history when it comes to criminals on the lam totally changing their appearance to look like a completely different person. Probably the most famous was Humphrey Bogart in the 1940s flick, Dark Passage, that told the tale of an inmate who fled Alcatraz, found an underground plastic surgeon and finally looked nothing like his former self when healed. Well, that’s movie magic and a perfect example of the need to suspend disbelief to enjoy the...
The most popular cosmetic product in the nation – wrinkle removing Botox — already had some 6,321,160 user-fans when the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) counted 2013’s procedures. Many more people stand to become Botox fans because new uses for the substance have – and are — being found. Botox was first used on crossed eyes and injected into a human in 1980; it was – and is — used to treat uncontrollable blinking. And thereby hangs a tale. The amazing wrinkle...
A huge part of normal aging is facial fat loss. It occurs at predictable times and you can do something about it, given good facial cosmetic surgery. Teens: Protruding ears and unattractive noses lead to teasing and social isolation. Children as young as five can have Otoplasty the procedure to put ears closer to their head while 15-year-old girls and 17-year-old boys opt for rhinoplasty. 20s & 30s: Your facial fat starts thinning from under the eyes. Some at this age...
If you wait too long to get attention for a broken nose, repairs become more complicated and expensive. In some cases, if you see a nose surgeon or other qualified provider within three to six hours of the break, the nose bones can be put back with just the doctor's fingers. Wait ten days, though, and the broken nose bones start to heal in the broken position. Result? You may have an S-curve in your nose! In some cases, a broken nose results in a type of injury that can cause your nose...
