He fixed my face after 3 nose jobs - instantaneous results

I feel so bad that it has taken me YEARS to write this review (I'm a bit slow to say the least). Let me see, I have had - gosh I think three nose jobs before I saw Dr. Kotler around 7 years ago is my best estimate. Attached is a photo of my driver's license that was taken 10 years ago, and the second photo is my new California ID/driver's license that was taken last week. I will try and attach some more photos soon, but wanted to finally do this TODAY. My first surgery was approx. age 22 (1983), doctor tried to fix it a year later (barely made an improvement over his first hack job); then at age 29 I had a doctor here in Los Angeles give it a shot. I remember taking off my cast in my bathroom and I literally started laughing. While it was an improvement (I was born with my father's very wide German nose), as you can see in the first photo, my nose was not as wide, but it was now slanted. Surely I would not have a FOURTH nose job, so I lived with it. Fast forward to age approx. 52 (8 years ago). One night I was lying in bed thinking about this and that when it hit me: if there are NOW temporary fillers for one's face, wouldn't one think that I could at least put some temporary fillers in my nose? So I started researching Real Self and the rest is history. When you first see Dr. Kotler he does temporary saline injections to your nose so you can see what your final result will look like. The saline results last approx. 2 hours (be sure and take lots of your own selfies BEFORE and AFTER your appointment that day. The demo. was very affordable. WHAT AN EXCITING EXPERIENCE!! My entire spread out treatment was possibly a little longer than some will need. My office (work) was literally a half a mile from Dr. K's office in Beverly Hills (free parking wooo hooo), so for me it was a piece of cake. I do not recall how many sessions I had (I think they were one-two months apart, I forget). The first session injections will dissipate a bit; that is normal. A few years later, I had one more session because I felt I needed a slight tune up. The overall price was - IMO - fantastic. Oh yes, and Dr. Kotler is literally my favorite doctor (and I have a lot of doctors). Run, don't walk to your consultation. P.S. As you get further along in the process, Dr. literally has you assist (not physically LOL), in deciding where you would like the injections. I cannot stress to you enough how cool that was. As soon as he injects the silikon the results are instantaneous. He puts in teeny tiny little amounts each "shot" and keeps you there until you feel satisfied. It's not like when you get Botox or other fillers and you purchase vials. GOOD LUCK TO ALL MY CROOKED NOSED BROTHERS AND SISTERS! Kathy R.
