Finally in the right hands

I've had 3 failed surgeries before landing in Dr. Kotlers office. Should have gone for it after the second one since I already knew about his non-surgical permanent procedure. I have only good things to say about Dr. Kotler and his team. The procedure took in my case 5 sessions. It may vary depending on how much you want to augment. Also it's important to point out that the process is gradual and each change is usually subtle so sometimes I felt like there was little improvement but with time between sessions the became more visable since the injection needs to "settle in". Also immidiately after injections I had some swelling at the site of injection which also contributed to my concerns about the absorption of the product which in the end is basically the swelling going down not the product disappearing. I guess it's a matter of patience. Getting back to Dr. Kotler he is incredibly nice and most of all very understanding. He listened to me and my concerns. I'd show him images that I edited to give him a better sense of my goals and he delivered. In my opinion and from my experiences he is a great doctor both his ethics and skill.I also have to mention his team at the office. Incredibly nice and welcoming, very professional. They made me feel very comfortable and relaxed and since I have panic attacks since birth this was very appreciated. I definitely recommend Dr. Kotler if you are thinking about getting something done whether it's your nose or anything else.
