Great surgeon. Recovered very well. 3 months out and scars are minimal. She went above and beyond my expectations. Her office staff is another story. They are nice, but not well prepared. Didn’t have post-surgical garment Garment in stock (Spanx to wear afterthe surgical garment).

My surgery was Dec 3, 2018. Pre op easy and when I woke up 4 hours later I was not in any pain. Later in the evening the pain was minimal but felt like slight bee stings. Easy fix with pain meds and relaxation. Day 2 I got up and dressed with makeup on to go to first post op to remove bulky bandages. Week 3 post op!! Already loving them. The right one is dropping a bit quicker than the left but Dr. said that's totally normal. I was scared of going too big for my frame and went with 350cc. I am soooo happy the way they are turning out! My stats: 5'7 103 pounds

I have always wanted my wrinkles gone and wanted a full upper lip. Rachel did amazing in accomplishing both for me. I couldnt ask for anything more. I'm very satisfied. I would have never thought I could feel so good about myself. Rachel and Dr Spann together make me feel 100% as always. I love them!
