I have always wanted my wrinkles gone and wanted a full upper lip. Rachel did amazing in accomplishing both for me. I couldnt ask for anything more. I'm very satisfied. Hey y'all, so I'm turning 21 July 22nd and I would like to treat myself to more curves ????No I haven't scheduled my surgery date yet but I do have a consultation with Dr. Michael Spann at Little Rock Plastic Surgery August 1st, and If everything goes good I will be booking. I was going to wait until after my consultation to make this but I'm too excited lol I've been checking out this site for about 4 or 5 years now it's so helpful! I will post pics and more information after my consultation. Updated on 2 Aug 2017: So yesterday I had my consultation. I told him what I wanted and even showed him a wish pic. He told me it's very possible, but to remember it's most likely the angle of the pic that's making her butt look like that. So after that he took pics of me on the vectra to show me what my results could look like. #1 is my before body, #2 is what he suggested would work for me, and #3 is kinda what I want, but I would like a smaller waist and more ass of course, but I don't have enough fat yet. He didn't touch up my ass on these pics so I'm guessing it'll look better after surgery, idk... It's a difference but not really noticeable to me. Updated on 7 Aug 2017: I've decided to go through with it, even if I don't get the big butt I'm hoping for ik my overall shape will be better and really that's all that matters to me, looking good in and out of my clothes. My surgery date is Oct 23, that gives me plenty of time to get my mind together right along with the things I need for this journey. Updated on 11 Aug 2017: I was up all night playing with this damn photo shop app. I'll be glad when this waiting game is all over and I have my dream body, I'm just hoping and praying Dr. Spann can give me the results I'm looking for! I'm trying to stay as realistic as possible... Updated on 7 Sep 2017: I've gained 20 pounds in one month and I been really down about it. I wanted to gain the weight so I can have enough fat for my bbl but now I'm feeling like I've just damaged my body more! My breast are way bigger and I feel like I'm going to need a breast lift when this is all over, my stomach is bigger than ever, my ass is fuller but tight, It doesn't jiggle like it did before so I'm worried the Dr won't be able to get much fat in and on top of that I have more stretch marks and a double chin which I'm hoping I can get lipoed. Anyways I haven't heard anything back from Dr. Spann or the nurse there so I decided to call and ask when am I suppose to get blood work done and the receptionist that answered the phone (forgot her name) informed me that I did not need blood work done because I am young and healthy.. Um I don't know how I feel about that I'll rather be safe than sorry! She also told me that the nurse should be calling and mailing me some stuff by next week so I'll let you all know how that goes. Updated on 9 Sep 2017: I put in two weeks off for my recovery hopefully I'll be back to myself by then. My manager asked why did I need two weeks off I just told him I'm going out of town. I don't plan on telling anybody at my job about my surgery cus ik all they'll do is be negative about it I get enough of that from the few family members I did tell smh. Updated on 20 Sep 2017: So later today I'm going to have my second consultation now that I've gained weight. I plan to show him more wish pics hopefully he can achieve my body goals. I want to be able to see a big difference in my before and after pics. My surgery date is getting closer and closer I'm excited, anxious and scared all at the same time lol I'm just ready to get this over with. Even tho Dr. Spann told me I didn't need blood work done I did it anyways just to be on the safe side. When I told my Dr why I needed blood work done she looked at me like I was crazy lol I had to remind myself this is Arkansas not Cali cosmetic surgery is not the norm here anyways she called me a few days later with my results she said everything was great I'm so happy to know that! I received a package in the mail from little rock plastic surgery containing my prescription, paperwork that I needed to fill out and a list of do's and dont's before surgery. I'm guessing later he'll give me a actually time of surgery. I'll let y'all know how my consultation goes later. Updated on 21 Sep 2017: Consultation went great! I'm confident that my weight gain will pay off and I'll get amazing results. I decided not to show wish pics he know's that I want a small waist with a big butt and hips. I plan to get lipo on flanks, stomach, full back and arms he says he usually don't do arms with the bbl but he'll do it for me yay lol now all I have to do is start shopping for the supplies. I finally got around to shopping for supplies I ordered the booty buddy pillow, it's kind of expensive for something that's probably only going to be used for a limited time but oh well. I bought a waist trainer to wear when I'm washing the garment Dr. Spann supply, I got some scar away tape, Hibiclens soap and a enema lol I still got a list of other things to get but this will do for now. Updated on 8 Oct 2017: I'm thinking maybe I should lose some weight before my surgery. I'm just so worried he won't get all the fat from my stomach, arms and sides and I might end up losing my results if I try to lose weight after surgery but then again I want to have enough fat for a big ass and round hips. Ugh I'm really confused on what to do and it's bothering me surgery day is not coming fast enough! This is the biggest I have ever been. Updated on 16 Oct 2017: My surgery is at 5:30am Monday morning omg that'll be here in no time! I'm so nervous and excited but ik I'm in good hands with God on my side. I'm just sitting in the car right now with my sister waiting until it get a little closer to time to go check in. I'm nervous but extremely excited I'm just ready to get this surgery part out the of the way and move on the the healing :) Updated on 24 Oct 2017: Laying in the bed right now with my garment and compression socks on. I tried to get out of bed two times and each time was so painful and I started feeling dizzy like I could throw up and my heart was racing. Can anybody tell me if it's too soon to be trying to move around and when should I try again? Anyways my sister took this pic to me it look like one butt cheek is bigger but my mama says they're both the same size. I'll know for sure when I'm able to get up and take pics on my own. Updated on 27 Oct 2017: Feeling somewhat better since I removed my compression garment it was causing me so much pain! But I wanna keep my small waist and stomach so when I go back for a follow up I plan to buy another one and have the nurse help put it on me. I'm extremely swollen and hard I just hope I don't loose too much volume I can't wait until everything Start looking a lil more natural. Sorry for the bad pic quality Updated on 29 Oct 2017: I'm down to a few pain pills left and even those don't stop the constant pain I wake up in every couple hours. It feels like I have concrete just laying in my back my legs are numb and extremely tender at the same time I even asked him before surgery not to touch them multiple times my right arm keeps going numb idk what I'm going to do when it's time to go back to work I'm hoping I'll be feeling better by then Updated on 1 Nov 2017: Maybe I'm just one of the unlucky ones but having a bowl movement after this surgery is no [RS bleep] joke! Even with my stool softeners it was the worst experience ever, Just a little warning but on the bright side I'm feeling so much better the only time I feel discomfort is when I first wake up from laying in the bed too long other than that I'm fine. Swealing has went done a lot I'm just praying my butt doesn't go down anymore I'm loving my results. It's not a big butt just more shapely. I'll post more pics and a week or two Updated on 12 Nov 2017: Not really feeling my bbl I mean its better than what i started with but its not what i was expecting I wanted a noticeable difference, nobody has noticed at all my family says I wasted my money because my butt still looks the same. My hips are uneven, my arms are bursed with lipo incisions but it's like he didn't touch them at all they're still the exact same size and my right cheek has a flat spot u can see clearly from the side. My butt has went down a lot and it's still kinda hard so that means it's gonna go down more. I hope not! Now my butt just look long and droopy or maybe I'm tripping.. Idk.. But I am happy my love handles are gone and I like my waist I'm just hoping working out can give me the body that I want because surgery obviously could not. Yes Michael Spann and his staff was nice and friendly but that don't matter to me the results is all I care about and right now I'm not happy. I won't be on here for awhile I'll update at my 3 month post to give my finally update. Good luck ladies on your journey. Updated on 23 Nov 2017: How unlucky can a person be? lol welp I have a deformed butt cheek... Idk if it's all in my mind but it seems to be getting worse. From the side it's dented really bad and from the back it looks long and flat compared to the other one, luckily it doesn't look too bad in clothes as long as I don't wear anything too fitted. I'm hoping when I start weight training in the gym that'll help even it out plus I need to work on my arms because they are the biggest thing on my body now which looks crazy! It looks like he didn't touch them at all! I'm hoping it only gets better from here. Updated on 25 Nov 2017: Out of all of my incisions the one on my right hip seems to not be healing like the rest of them. I get quick little pains in it every now and then and if u look closely at it with a light it's moist with what looks to be a little puss in it. Idk if it comes from my pants rubbing up against it but all the other incisions are healing really well, I'm praying it's nothing serious I plan to call Spann's office Monday to set up a appointment so he can take a look at it. What do it look like to y'all? Updated on 26 Nov 2017: The same incision I was talking about yesterday has a hole in it now!!! Can somebody please tell me if this is normal and what should I do? Starting my journey for my bbl, and I have to admit I am very nervous.... I've been on here looking at pics and reading others experience and their results as well... I go for my consultation tomorrow which means I'll be getting my procedure date, and I can't wait.... I am so ready to get this ball rolling because if my results are as good as some of the others I've seen I will be more than satisfied... I'm from Horn Lake, MS so you really don't have any plastic surgeon options unless you're willing to travel.... Little Rock Plastic Surgery doctors and staff are very friendly, helpful, and professional..... I have already started my process, and set my date.... November 25, 2014 is my surgery date and I am beyond excited... Will be uploading pics of my body because it was hard to find people with my body type on here.... I am super excited and a little anxious about it the closer I get to D-Day lol.... I had no idea that I would be able to push forward with my process this quickly, but it's amazing how quickly you can figure things out when you really wanna get it done.... If you are like me when I first decided to get a bbl I know absolutely nothing about it or how involved it was going to be.... I only started my BBL journey over 2 months ago and I'm already less than a week away from surgery.... OMG most days I feel like my mid section is heavy as a brick.... I recommend anyone having this surgery be sure to have a good caregiver and support system. .. My boyfriend has truly been great.... I've been a little weak but eill bee uploading pics 2mara of mu results so far. LOVING MY NEW BOOTY!!!!
