Hello. Hoping a doctor can give me ideas for fixing skin folds that were created from lower transconjunctival Blepharoplasty, performed almost 3 yrs ago. Right eye has much more noticeable creases, then left eye. It seems everything was pulled so tight skin pulls away like a bellybuttons crease. Also left with blepharitis, tho not in this discussion. It seems deep tuck also caused moon pad on upper cheek. Im lopsided. So, laser or surgery? Help
I have blepharitis affecting both eyes and my left is worse due to the left eyelid previously being injured and making the unevenness even more noticeable. I am considering a blepharoplasty to even them out and wanted some opinions.
I have posterior blepharitis in one eyelid & my eyelid always looks better in the morning when I wake up they look even until I put the warm compress then the swelling gets worse. How many times should I put the warm compress? & should I only put it at night?
After double eyelid surgery I developed chemosis, dry eyes and blepharitis. Can I use regular lubricating eye drops or do they need to be preservative free? How often do I need to use them? I'm confused.
I am booked in for Blepharoplasty, next week but am struggling to rid myself of a problem with dry eye which the Optitian says is Blepharitis. I explained about the irritating dry eye symptoms at my consultation with my surgeon, who says it would not affect the problem one way or another. I'm worried about it being very uncomfortable post op, especially as I don't think I will be able to put hot compresses on my eyes for the blepharitis. Should I cancel or go ahead?
I have had sudden blepharitis about a year ago. It has been getting worse and I do everything the docs tell me to take care of it. It just seems to be getting worse and now my eyes are blurry. Is there something that causes the blurry eyes? What can I do?
I went to a Doctor who told me I have Blepharitis and the second doctor said the same as well. But I asked both of them why one of my eyes look droopy/swollen and they said once the Blephritis goes so will the swelling. But why is it in one eye when I have Blepharitis in both? I feel like I have acquired ptosis, my eyes were fine 1.4 years ago! And my ptosis eye hurts also, 24/7. I wear glasses to somewhat ease the pain and irritation. I feel like no one can figure out what's wrong w/ my eye!!
