I Had an Amazing Experience

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Janjua and his team. From the very beginning of this process, he has made me feel genuinely heard, comfortable, and cared for. Cosmetic surgery is an extremely vulnerable experience, especially facial surgery, and one of the things I appreciated most was how patient, realistic, informative, and accessible he was throughout the entire process.

For my procedure, one thing that stood out to me immediately was how much attention he paid to understanding my goals. He was very honest about anatomy, swelling, healing timelines, and realistic expectations while still understanding that I wanted a meaningful visible refinement. I never felt rushed or pressured.

His bedside manner is honestly exceptional. He is personable, relatable, calming, and responsive in a way that is very rare with doctors. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, and even post op, he and his staff remained available and reassuring throughout recovery. At my one week follow up, he carefully examined everything, explained the swelling process in detail, walked me through aftercare step by step, and made me feel very reassured about healing.

I also really appreciate that he works with many different ethnicities and facial structures while still respecting natural beauty and facial harmony. I never wanted an artificial or overly done look, and I truly felt understood in that regard.

His staff has also been wonderful, kind, patient, responsive, and helpful every step of the way.
