Exceptional Care from First Consultation to Surgical Results

I recommend Mr Tillo without hesitation!
The surgeries I had (all in one) were: full tummy tuck, liposuction to stomach and love handles, light abdominal etching, and mini thigh-lift.
From my very first consultation with him at the Cadogan Clinic, I didn't once feel like I was being "sold" a medical procedure. Quite the opposite - every appointment with him was informative and supportive with Mr Tillo taking the time to explain my options, answer my (many) questions and help me make the decision that was right for me. There was *never* any pressure which gave me a huge amount of confidence that his number one priority was my wellbeing.
Mr Tillo's bedside manner is amazing - he is super calm, reassuring, approachable and genuinely kind. Every consultation felt relaxed and I always left feeling better informed and more confident, which ultimately led to me making the significant decision to proceed with my surgery.
Before surgery everything was explained really thoroughly and I was able to discuss my previous medical history openly and this was taken into account when planning my procedure.
Following surgery I developed a minor skin infection around one of the wounds, which I understand is a recognised and common post-operative complication. The aftercare I received was excellent: the nurses at the Cadogan Clinic arranged several additional wound checks and Mr Tillo also saw me for an extra appointment to examine everything himself (all at no extra cost). He was incredibly reassuring, explained that what I was experiencing was not unusual, and made a few additional recommendations and the infection settled very quickly afterwards.
Most importantly I'm super delighted with my results. The scars are incredibly neat and very flat: my abdominal scar sits well below the waistband of my underwear so it's completely hidden, and the belly button reconstruction is particularly impressive because the scar is entirely concealed within the belly button itself so nobody would ever know I'd had surgery.
While the definition of my abs is still continuing to develop as I heal, I can already feel how close my abdominal muscles are to the surface now that the excess fat has been removed. After years of living with loose skin and a stomach that would quickly become swollen and saggy after holidays or periods of indulgence, having such a firm abdomen feels strange in the best possible way.
Mr Omar Tillo delivered excellent surgical skill combined with genuine empathy and outstanding aftercare and I'm extremely grateful for his support throughout my surgery and the outcome.
