I cannot recommend Mr Omar Tillo highly enough. I had two procedures with him at the Cadogan Clinic, an extended lipoabdominoplasty and a bilateral breast reduction, and from start to finish the experience was exceptional.
Omar was kind, knowledgeable, and gave me honest, correct advice at every stage. His manner was brilliant, he took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and I never once felt rushed or like just another patient on the list. Because of that, I felt genuinely safe and cared for going into both surgeries.
The staff at the Cadogan Clinic were kind and fantastic throughout, and incredibly attentive to everything I needed. The nurses in particular were outstanding, they really showed they cared, not just clinically but personally, which made such a difference during recovery. My aftercare was excellent, and I always felt supported and well looked after at every follow up.
Having gone through two separate surgeries with Omar, I can honestly say the consistency of care never dropped. I'm delighted with my results and, just as importantly, with how I was treated as a person throughout the whole journey.
Overall, I'm extremely pleased. I know that if I ever need advice or help again, I can reach out to Omar and his team without hesitation. Five out of five stars without question.
