Doctors

Dr. Golpa was among the first dentists in the U.S. to embrace the All-on-4® treatment concept more than a decade ago. After routinely performing every aspect of the procedure (planning, placement and delivery) thousands of times, Dr. Golpa and his team have improved and perfected it.

My new smile changed the way I see myself and gave me confidence

I am happy to share a review of my experience with G4 by Golpa. I was doing alot of reaseach & looking into options for dentures, implants & dental repair work. Once I found the G4 by Golpa website I knew this was meant for me! It was the only website that really covered the procedure, options offered & was full of information. Most dentists will say that having teeth extracted, implants...

Best Dental Experience I Have Ever Had!

I had the G4 procedure in Vegas with Dr Anna in Nov 2021. From my initial phone contact to my procedure and aftercare call, the staff was amazing and so caring! They truly do care about their patients.

My Golpa Smile: Best Thing Ever!!

What is a person who has a strong anxiety of dentist doing looking up someone who does implants? My teeth has always had problems, cavities, crowns, and root canals. It’s just been recently that I had a tooth that needed to be extracted, besides receding gums and abscesses. I knew sooner or later I would have to get dentures, hence my search for implants. I heard about G4 by Golpa from a F...

12 Q&A

Q: My all-on-4 bridge is loose. How long can I wait before it causes damage to one or all implants?
Answered by Dr. GolpaMarch 2, 2017

A: The strongest muscle based on its weight is the masseter. With all muscles of the jaw working together it can close the teeth with a force as great as 55 pounds (25 kilograms) on the incisors or 200 pounds (90.7 kilograms) on the molars.

It is possible that a screw has worked itself loose, you should have it checked ASAP

Q: Oral Triazolam for major dental surgery? Will it work? Will I feel and experience everything that is happening?
Answered by Dr. GolpaMarch 2, 2017

A: Conscious is a combination of medicines to help you relax (a sedative) and to block pain (an anesthetic) during a medical or dental procedure. You will remain in a “twilight” state, and can respond to commands, but remember little of the procedure. Conscious sedation lets you feel no pain, recover quickly, and return to your everyday activities soon after your procedure.

Q: Pain 3 Weeks After the All on 4 on Lower Jaw?
Answered by Dr. GolpaMarch 2, 2017

A: Levels of discomfort vary but typically are minimal. There may be some swelling and discomfort a few days after your surgery. Swelling is a normal response in the healing process. Once swelling occurs it takes 7-10 days to subside. You should have implant checked ASAP

Q: Should I Have Large Gaps Between my 4 in 1 Dental Implants and the Gum Line?
Answered by Dr. GolpaMarch 2, 2017

A: Depending on your bone/tissue level, the abutments that hold the prostheses in your mouth will be noticeable if you pull your lip up. The purpose of having visible abutments is for optimal hygiene purposes. You MUST be able to pass the bridge floss underneath the prosthetic in order to keep plaque and tartar from building up around your abutments and on the underside of the bridge.

Q: What is your typical sedation protocol for the All on 4 Implant procedure?
Answered by Dr. GolpaMarch 14, 2016

A: Anesthesiologists should administer and monitor your conscious sedation. Conscious is a combination of medicines to help you relax (a sedative) and to block pain (an anesthetic) during a medical or dental procedure. You will remain in a "twilight" state, and can respond to commands, but remember little of the procedure. Conscious sedation lets you feel no pain, recover quickly, and return to your everyday activities soon after your procedure.
