Dr. Moore came highly recommended by several friends. He has an excellent bedside manner and never rushes you or makes you feel like you can’t ask questions. He is truly down to earth and he does amazing work. He placed my incision in the perfect spot! He really does care about his patients. The whole staff at his office are polite and knowledgeable and I had good interactions with everyone there. Highly recommend him! Love my new look!
Dr Moore was absolutely amazing. Has a great personality and very caring. He did my breast augmentation 4 years ago. I would do it 10 more times if I had to. I recommend dr Moore to all my girlfriends. I'm hoping to have him do my liposuction and fat transfer soon!
Nursed two children, got large with both pregnancies. Always had full chest and want to do something discreet before they sag much more and the procedure is obvious. My goal is to lift and get back to size/shape before pregnancies. Surgery is scheduled for Sept 14th. I'll have full anchor lift with, I'm thinking (will decide for sure at pre op) 400cc, silicone. Updated on 31 Aug 2017: At my pre op we decided on 265cc to give me the desired look I want; upper pole volume and round breast. Also to regain some firmness. My doctor says I may go up a size, currently a 34D. I wasn't really looking for bigger, but I needed more cc's because of my natural breast volume. My surgery is in 14 days! I'm excited but so nervous about recovery and scarring. Updated on 8 Sep 2017: I am 5'4" and currently weigh 130 lbs. I need to weigh 120 for my frame, but that won't be happening between now and next Thursday. I have always had nice breast but after the weight gain during pregnancy and nursing two babies, I've lost volume and upper pole fullness. My goal is to regain my firmness and perkiness. I know it may sound odd, but when I'm not wearing a bra I don't want to have very much skin touching skin. I would like them higher. So.... here some before pictures. Updated on 16 Sep 2017: I went this week and had prescriptions filled; just three for muscle spasms, anti inflammatory and pain. I showed up the morning of at the surgery center at 6:00. Started lab work and vitals at 6:10. From what I remember surgery started early. Maybe 6:50? Was scheduled for 7. I love that my doctor was on time and prepared. Woke up in what seemed like seconds. Totally drunk, there is no telling what I told everyone. A tad embarrassing to be out of that kind of control of myself. Thankfully I had a great friend with me who helped me keep my act together. Drank lots of water and started meds. Overall felt great. Got up every 4 hours to walk. The compression tights were CRAZY tight, but zero complications. So far, sooo great! Updated on 16 Sep 2017: I got up the next morning and took a shower and went for a stroll around TJ Maxx. It's been fairly easy and pain has been totally bearable. As far as consolation, I have taken stool softeners and have had no trouble. I went a day or two with no movement but nothing major. At my appointment I was seen immediately and cared for by a superior office and nursing staff. The nurse unwrapped me and did a tad of minor wound care and then replaced the steri-strips. My skin was pulled very, very, very tight after surgery and even at this very first appointment. My one and only concern at that point was all of the sudden stretch marks I hadn't noticed since high school had returned and become definite ripples; shocking for sure. Dr. Moore put my mind at ease and said those will go away, that things are swollen. He also instructed that I was able to no longer wear the breast band. I wore it constantly after surgery. I wanted to follow every instruction. At this point feeling in my left nipple has totally returned but right still felt numb. Here are some pictures of me during that visit. Updated on 6 Oct 2017: At my post op that had taken place earlier that afternoon, I was told I could suspend use of the breast band. So I joined some girlfriends for dinner, we were on a business trip. I packed just a handful of things and not sure why this lower v neck dress was one of them but I gave it a shot. Keep in mind, my desire was to have firmness and lift. To stay basically the same size just improve the shape and volume. Updated on 6 Oct 2017: Let The Healing Begin! This was probably the roughest part because I was still sleeping upright, the wounds were most prominent and I was exhausted. Not only from recovery but from staying so busy with my job. Updated on 6 Oct 2017: Since surgery I have been wearing the most comfortable bras. Just some basic and super affordable post surgical front closure bras from amazon. Before surgery I had always been particular about my bras because I never wanted to bounce or look bigger than I was. I was a firm believer in the Soma Enticing Lace Underwire; never ever would I have worn a bra without underwire. I always wanted the bra to fit snug to compress and give a more firm appearance. Updated on 6 Oct 2017: Here you can see so clearly the stretch marks that concerned me. So much pulling. Things were so tight. Updated on 6 Oct 2017: I am so happy. Each breast are settling different as you can see in the pictures, but prior to surgery one side was clearly longer when I bent over than the other. I was significantly smaller on my right side so my super smart and skilled doctor corrected that. The left hasn't caught up with the right as far as dropping at this point but it's so early. Without a doubt, I am incredibly happy. My primary happiness comes from the fact I now don't worry with excess skin and large saggy breast. They are firm and round. Updated on 6 Oct 2017: This is the first concern I've had so far. As the steri-strips have been losing their sticky, I have been trimming them. Only trimming what has fallen off on its own. Yesterday morning after my shower I noticed I needed some "trimming". I am super careful t disinfect my scissors with alcohol wipes, just because there are areas that are still open and I want to keep the area as clean as I can. I noticed the "T" spot was now visible so I took a quick picture so I could get a good look and the work. That's when I noticed a little white area. My first thought was "please, no infection." I called the nurse (fantastic) who was available immediately and asked me to email over my picture. She called me back and said it is likely just normal healing and treat with bacitracin or Neosporin. I did and she was absolutely right. This morning the white area was totally dry. I love my doctor, his office and nursing staff.

I had a brow lift and a mini face lift from Dr Moore and his work was impeccable! He has a wonderful bedside manner and goes the extra mile for his patients. He is truly the only Dr. for me. Dr Moore's work is completely undetectable and I loved the results!
I lost 115 pounds in 8 months and then wanted to work toward a better shape body and Dr. Moore was awesome. He and his staff were wonderful to work with and have help change my life forever. Scarring is minimal and way less than I expected. I'm so glad Dr. Moore decided to do the vertical procedure so I would not have the scar underneath. I am very excited with the results. The more it heals, the better it looks and feels. Surgery wasn't bad at all and the pain was tolerable with the pain medication I was prescribed. Updated on 6 Jul 2016: They are healing so well! Scars are minor and the shape is just what I hoped for! Every day they look and feel better. ???? Updated on 6 Jul 2016: Before the op I couldn't wear anything form fitting. Now I can wear whatever top I want. So happy!
I was full 32 A before I had kids but always want to have bigger boobs. I don't want them too big and look fake. I'm back and forth between 275CC and 300 C. My surgeon said most women wish they can go bigger. Only 3 weeks before my surgery!! I'm so excited and little nervous. I would love to hear from your experience Updated on 12 Oct 2015: I went to the hospital at 6:00. I was a little nervous but all the nurses were joking around. My PS came in to draw on my chest and my final decision was 350CC HP. Shorty after that I was out. Seems like I went for nap for 30 minutes. As soon as I woke up I looked down and here are my twins. I dont feel any pains at all. Just very tight on my chest. The nurse helped me to put my clothes on. I just had sweatpants and zip up sweatshirt. ride home wasn't bad at all. I able to eat some crackers and drink Ginger Ale so I can take pain pills. I know I haven't fell much pain yet but I go head take some. I don't have any appetite. I tried some light chicken noodle soup, Hot tea and honey. I can move my arms above my head no problem. I allowed to shower 2 days after surgery. I'm still wearing the strap and it's killing me more than anything else. I don't think my breasts has drop any yet but it feel softer a little bit. It was scary driving too , feeling like you taking drugs. But last only 2 days and I was fine the rest of the work week. 1 week post op went well. My PS wants me to wear the strap for another 2 weeks specially at night but I have been wearing during the day too. I can massage my girls now at least 5 times a day. last 3 days I woke up in the morning without Boobs so tight. Let me tell you how happy I was. Some clothes that I thought I NEVER able to wear. My boyfriend saw me the 1st time after my surgery. He was so happy as much as I was. Updated on 11 Nov 2015: Last 2 weeks i couldn't help myself to wonder my boobs will drop and look better if I didn't go for the max with narrow BWD. I was emotional roller coasters !!!! I didn't see any chances till yesterday. Boobs feel much softer and the right one dropped more than the left. Must be because my left was a little bit bigger before BA. My PS said I don't need to wear the strap after 2 weeks but I still wear it at night. I still think mine are square shape, and of course still way too high. I was at the beach last week. Good news is he think left pocket still have room for the implant to drop. He said continue to cross my arms or push implants together. He doesn't think they would get much more closer. I'm feeling blue to hear that. Kicking myself for choosing high profile. I wonder if modarate plus profile will helps my breasts closer together. I try to stay positive. maybe just take me longer to drop and fluff. I like my boobs with clothes on but looks so fake when I'm naked. I forgot to ask him when I can wear regular bra but I enjoy wearing bralette. i will see him at 2 months and go from there. I'm back 100% to normal. I sleep on my side after week 4. I can run but still can't do push-ups. i didn't gain any weight but feeling I'm. last week I thought I would have a lot to say but I can't even think of anything else right now. Updated on 12 Dec 2015: I tried so hard not to take any pic last 2 weeks. I extremely feel happy this morning to see the changes when I try on same bra and swim top. I have been massage my left breast a lot and wear the strap just on the left side at night. What's a different !!!! I'm back to running and push ups. I still try not to pick up real heavy stuff. I don't have much to report because I didn't have any complications during healing. Just see a huge drop on my left in the last 2 weeks. You still able to tell the left is still higher but not as much as before. Do I love them now ?? Yes , I really start to fall in love with them. Special when I see a different in pics. Do I wish I could go bigger ? YES YES and YES !!!But I already went the max my PS said I could have. So if I ever have BA again I have to go with Ultra High Profile to get e'm bigger. The left is still a bit higher so I still need to massage the left more. As you all know, I have been talking about wanting bigger. He Personally think they plenty big on me lol but if I want to go bigger I could. He suggests I should wait through swim suit season, he thinks I maybe happy with them. Because of my skin already stretched, I could go up to 100cc more. He explained to me the risk of the surgery : bleeding , infection , scar , off from work , anthesiasa ... ect. He said the 2nd would be easier recovery then the 1st time. Its suck I have to pay the 2nd time but I don't think I have a choice. 350CC was the MAX I could handle this time. I have been depressed for 2 weeks everytime I look at my boobs. They are too ROUND to me. They look ok on bra n clothes but Either than that I'm not happy at all. I posted question for Dr on here and get half answer said that's very how they look. Some of Dr said I still have more time to drop and change sharp. I was thinking revision in a year to go bigger but now I want to change to Mod + profile instead. I have seen so so so so many of you get HP and look so perfect. I don't know why mine don't drop and give me the sharp I want. Just click in my head I been doing push-ups for a year and half. I did 50 in morning and 50 at night. I wasn't thinking at all about chest muscle. I even push myself to do more 2 weeks before surgery, I tried to make up 2 months recovery. Do you think mine dropping slow because of that reason ?? Any of you had the same shape as me at 3 months and changed after ??? Do I have any hope at all ?? New2023 told me took her very long time to dropped. I have noticed they dropped some but not much more softness than 3 months post op. I read couple lady have CC without any system or breasts changing shape. I have massage the left wayyyyyy aggressive and it's paid off. I barely can tell the left is higher anymore. I came in to see my PS couple weeks ago and he confirmed no sign of CC. We also discuss about revision. He won't charge me surgery fee. I only need to pay anesthesia, hospital and implants fees. Thats very sweet of him because I was the one picked the size. Since I know the cost I really think I'm going to go bigger in fall. I still think my boobs so round and hard line. I have not seen anyone has outcome like mine even they went with bigger implants. I don't remember who had the pic below on her wish boobs. She has mentioned perky and fake look. I just realized mine look just like hers. Sighs I will try to stay positive !!! Here is some thought after 5 months BA. The recovery is not as BAD as you think so don't be nervous!! Any of you have weird boobs shape at beginning pls don't worry. They won't be like that forever. Anyone that has one side higher than other. Pls don't worry , just massage the higher one ONLY for a week and it will drop. Anyone worry about the gap between your breasts. Pls don't worry , they will get closer. And 1 last thing , boob greed is REAL !!! pick 1 size up from the sizers you like. You will loose some Cc if you go under muscle. I don't see any dropping except they still get softer. I get less upper pole fullness. They don't look as hard and fake as last month. With the encouragement from my boyfriend and some good friends , I go head and book my revision surgery for June 30th. I have learned no matter who tell you what a perfect size and how good they look , if I AM NOT happy then I AM NOT !! I have to thanks my Dr to waived his fee so I able to afford for revision. I'm going to see him a month before surgery but as right now we are going for 450cc HP. I always tell RS members when they message me go for a bigger size. Don't get caught up with CC and bra size. We both didn't know anything about Inspira and we both got classic Natrelle implants. Inspira is overfill and more volume than classic Natrele. Size chart for Inspira is different than Classic Natrelle. I think I'm going with SRX profile. My appointment with my Dr not till June 1st. I'm so excited!! Anyone has Inspira please please please give me some feedback. Do you like them ? Why you like them ? Do they feel soft ? Updated on 5 May 2016: I went to see my Dr for 7 months post op and discuss about revision. He said I can go max 495cc UHP Inspira implants. He aslo explained he will lower my crease so they won't sit high. My left still slightly higher than my right so he will release muscle a bit so they can drop more. He assured 495cc won't make me a [RS bleep] star lol. Phew !! That's what I want to hear. I took pics of Natrele Classic and Natrelle Inspira so you can see a hug different!! For all of lady are going to have BA pls consider to look at Inspira implants. They are fill out more and give you more projection. I wish I knew about them when I had my 1st BA. I agreed with some ladies about give yourself sometime. I really want revision few months ago. I'm not thinking much about that now. Not sure if I want to go under the knife again. I still would like to get a little bigger but I'm happy with the size right now. After everything healing so well I'm not sure if I want to go through recovery again. That's the reason why I haven't think about going bigger. I want to go up 100 cc when I get a new set ( maybe 5-7 years). Everything is going very well. I'm back to my workout regularly and never have any problem. I love wearing bikini this summer. I able to wear lot of tops and dresses that I couldn't ware before. I am glad I got the surgery. If you followed my original facelift review, you saw I had a few tweaks that I was not happy with - but for the most part it was great! You would have also known I had a rather painful recovery. Anyway, Dr. Moore fixedme up yesterday, and appears to have went well. Not near as bad as the first time. Photo is day after with bandages removed. Updated on 17 Jul 2015: Well I hope things are going to even out in a day or two. Left side of mouth looks a little more stretched. Still quite a bit of swelling, but no bruising yet. Stitches don't come out until Tuesday. I thin by then I will probably feel like being seen in public again. The two brown patches are two small moles that Dr. Moore removed while he was doing the revisions. Lots of stitches in front of ears and hairline. Dr. used oral dose of Ativan/Zofran and I can't remember a thng past the examining room, I assume there was a lot of numbing shots once we got into the surgical chair. Nothing near the pain that I had with the original facelift, of course, but I did have some discomfort like most everyone else I have read about. Updated on 23 Jul 2015: stitches out and makeup on for the first time - face still a little swollen at jowls, but getting better. Updated on 23 Oct 2016: I look Ok I guess, but starting to fall due to being still overweight I guess. Updated on 12 May 2018: Dang! I just typed in an update and lost it some how?! Four years since my original Facelift, and I am mostly happy with it, but it has dropped a little and neck line is sagging and fat returning due to most part me not losing the weight I have been complaining about for 4 years!! There is a little blip by my right eye due to removing a little kernel type thing - surgeon did that for free. I have a little indention in my neck under my chin due to slackening. I can't do a good selfie of my profile, but I am having a good day and thought I would post some updated photos. All in all I guess it was worth it. Updated on 8 Mar 2019: I am 62 and finally able to retire!! Yayyyy! It has been about 4 1/2 years since my original surgery. I am satisfied for the most part, but my little neck indention under my chin still bothers me and will probably get worse. I'm still glad I had it done. I finally got my hair figured out, and I love it! Retirement had been kind. I look better now than I have in 10 years. NO STRESS!!! I get many compliments since retirement. Updated on 19 Oct 2020: It's hard to believe it's been 6 years after original surgery! I did return a year later to have a little tweaking. It all turned out good. I am very pleased all in all with the outcome and with Dr. Moore. He was great! I was 57 when I had my original surgery - I just turned 64 and thought I would update and share a photo. I still have a long scar in my forehead hairline, but it doesn't bother me. If it bothers anyone else they haven't mentioned it. But who cares what they think? I still have some loose skin and neck wrinkles, but for 64 I'll take it! Good luck to all who are considering having this done. Updated on 20 Aug 2021: I try to update every year - my eyes are a little droopy, but I would hate to see if I had nothing done!!! I would still use Dr. Moore if I could afford to do any else. I still need to drop some weight.
Hello girls! I have been chatting with a few of you this site has been so helpful like were all going threw our journeys 2gether and have support from each other. Well iv always wanted this since I can remeber way back from teenage yrs getting made fun of feeling insecure having kids and making them look even worse and sad Iv always wanted 2 do this and finally have gotten 2 were im financially able and ready! My kids are 13 and 16 I have a wonderful supportive husband he is not their father but is even better hes just great. I stressed so bad researching and trying sizers and making rice 1nz and having crazy dreams I mean I drove myself nuts lol! At 1st I was going with 300cc right and 325 left then I went 2 325tr and 350lft still freaked ended bup goin with 375 rt and 400 lft high profile natrelle style 20 silicone. Im so glad I did I was affraid theyd be 2 small or 2 big I think I did just right. I did not breast feed so I had good breast tissue but bad stretch marks and just sad looking boobs. When I 1st new I had 2 do hp I flipped out I was affraid id have torpedo boobs. Then I was liking the uperpole in pics I saw. Then I said 2 myself chill out I chose him for his 20yrs experience and he nos what hes doin I am not the professional here! I couldnt be happier I already have more confidence I cant wait 2 fill out a swim suit top I am just so so happy! This is the best thing iv dun 4 myself in a ling time and after all iv dun raising my kids alone wrking 3 jobs until I met the most wonderful man ever I feel I deserve sumthin good 4 myself. At 1st I felt guilty spending the money on that my husband said u do what u want u deserve it uv worked so hard and he will be there 2 help me and it wuld be fine. Im just so happy now! Updated on 3 Dec 2014: Boy did I have a hard time getting this thing (my story and profile) started! Lol! Im not real good with technical stuff tho I have a smart phone thats way smarter than me lol! Anyway I feel like I rambled sum on my 1st post or whatever its called. I left out sum stuff but I sat here 4ever getting this thing on here. I do want 2 add I wore a 34b pre op but I never had been professionally sized thats just what seemed 2 fit and very heavily padded and sumtimes a sports bra over a padded it seemed 2 help a little more lol! So im 3 wks post op now I feel great bak 2 wrk no problems im not pushing it tho im not picking up realy heavy stuff but I do work all day with my arms and do sum lifting as long as it doesnt hurt Im doing it. Whats sore are my arms and shoulders and back from lyin around for 2 wks healing and takin it easy lol! Boobs feel fine! And im wore out at the end of the day. Gonna start back in the gym soon. Need that bad and cant wait! Oh and like 11 or 12 days after surgery I had 2 get out so my husband and I went out 2 eat and I did a little shopping 4 sports bra. I had absolutely nothing 2 wear id been living in his button up shirts and tank tops. So I go 2 vs and got measured she said 34dd! I said whoa dang! But they dont look that big they look like they fit my body im glad I uped 50cc from wjat I was gonna do at 1st o think id have been disappointed if I hadnt I luv them and they get better everyday. I get ahead of myself and think I should be fully dropped I 4get im only 3 wks out but iv changed alot doc says looks good iv been massaging but he showed me at my chkup more of how 2 do it now that im not realy sore and boy they r aggressive massages lol! I wasnt pushing them down no where near like her showed me lol! I thot id slide them out of place haha! Anyway I wish everyone luck with anything they are having dun amd hope all goes well and hope I can help with any questions about my experience! Any1 needin a small swimsuit ;) Updated on 17 Jan 2015: Just thought id post a few new pics im luvin my outcome...in solid clothes my boobs look pretty big sometimes BUT im still wearind sports bras which makes it run 2gether in the front I haven't gotten any regular bras yet and I cant wait 2 just wear a normal bra and see the difference
Fat grafting around the nose and mid face is very common and effective. Seek out a surgeon who routinely use fat grafts in the face and they can tell you if it may serve you well.
This is a delicate area to refine. I would advise to wait at least another month and preferably until 1 year post op. It can be refined. Discuss with your surgeon.
Liposuction in this area would be risky for irregularity but is an option. I would favor being very slow with Kybella injection every other month until the fat is gone. That is also not without risk.
This is unusual. Absorbable deep sutures can become exposed and would need to be removed. See your surgeon. Best wishes for a beautiful lasting result !
Continue healthy eating and exercise and you should enjoy good elasticity for a long time. Your genetics , weight fluctuations , sun exposure and smoking history will make things better or worse depending on how you take care of yourself.
