38 year old Breast Lift with Implant
WORTH IT$10,300
Nursed two children, got large with both pregnancies. Always had full chest and want to do something discreet before they sag much more and the procedure is obvious. My goal is to lift and get back to size/shape before pregnancies. Surgery is scheduled for Sept 14th. I'll have full anchor lift with, I'm thinking (will decide for sure at pre op) 400cc, silicone.

Pre Op
At my pre op we decided on 265cc to give me the desired look I want; upper pole volume and round breast. Also to regain some firmness. My doctor says I may go up a size, currently a 34D. I wasn't really looking for bigger, but I needed more cc's because of my natural breast volume. My surgery is in 14 days! I'm excited but so nervous about recovery and scarring.

Good luck! The countdown is on for me as well. My surgeries (TT + BA w/lift) are scheduled for October 16th with Dr. Moore. Happy to follow you, and be your local supporter! I haven't seen a whole lot of locals on here who are currently going through this process, so when I saw your shares, I was like yay! :-)

Thanks TN_Brooke! Lucky to to be having all that done! Congratulations! Dr. Moore has been so thorough and completely put me at ease. His nursing staff has been phenomenal as well. I totally agree, very few locals. I wanted to read more reviews on Dr. Moore too.

BEFORE PICTURES
I am 5'4" and currently weigh 130 lbs. I need to weigh 120 for my frame, but that won't be happening between now and next Thursday. I have always had nice breast but after the weight gain during pregnancy and nursing two babies, I've lost volume and upper pole fullness. My goal is to regain my firmness and perkiness. I know it may sound odd, but when I'm not wearing a bra I don't want to have very much skin touching skin. I would like them higher. So.... here some before pictures.

Thinking of you today! I didn't see your reply on the 5th until just now. I need to update my notifications...I was getting so many, I think I may have just turned them all off. LOL
The skin touching skin statement.....doesn't sound odd at all! I know exactly what you're talking about. You are very blessed in the amount of tissue you've retained through your pregnancies. The grass is always greener, right? :)
I have a 2nd consult with Dr. Moore on Wednesday to discuss the BA w/lift in more detail. I suppose I should suck it up and start my own review/journey to contribute. There's so much to do to prepare.....
Excited for you, and wishing you all the best! If you needed anyone to vent to, complain to, or just someone to listen, I'll be checking in on you! -B

In my humble opinion, you had awesome breasts before the procedure. I was really surprised at how good you look pre surgery

You are kind LindaSays. My problem wasn't as much with the current situation as much I knew I would be facing in the future. Currently, by breast fell to my underarms during sleep and needed a rolled up tube sock in my sports bra because there was so much saggy tissue. Very saggy breast are in my family and I knew that I didnt want a definite point where I had work done.
