I met with Dr singer yesterday and wish i presented my issue before I wrote my review.
He is adamantly working to make me happy. I reviewed some silicone scar sheets which should help with scarring. I am also not done healing
I am scheduled to come in 6.2
Ill update then

Thank you for your comments. We strive to provide the best possible care to our patients, including making ourselves available to answer any patient concerns or questions. Recovery from surgery can be a bit of a roller-coaster - some days are good, and some are more challenging. The same is true for plastic surgery procedures. As such, we were concerned to learn of your anxiety following your procedure - and are glad to address your concerns.
Regarding the incision marks - unfortunately, there are very few locations that can be used to hide the incisions necessary for lipo on the back areas. Additionally, with some skin types/tones, the incisions appear more noticeable than usual. Nonetheless, the incision marks do improve over time, as do the final lipo results. Typically, the final surgical results come into focus (and incisions marks dissipate) 4 - 6 months after the surgery date.
We were especially troubled by the reported lack in contact on our part following your procedure. Our policies ensure that all surgical patients are contacted withing the first 24 hours after surgery. At that point, if there are no troubling symptoms, we schedule patients for a post-surgical follow-up appointment within 3 - 4 weeks of the procedure. We apologize if the same procedure was not followed in your case.
If you have any remaining concerns or questions, we invite you to contact us at your convenience. We'd be glad to find a solution to any perceived problem. In the meanwhile, we hope that the above information provides a bit more comfort, and your recovery proceeds smoother.

Can you please post before and after pics? I just had lipo and I wanted to see the contouring you were speaking of. I'm only 4 days post op and have alot of swelling too. I had 4 incisions alltogether. I'm going to be using some oils at home for scarring because I'm ethnic and the melanin in my skin is more prominent. Please keep us updated! Wish you the best!
