I truly cannot say enough great things about Dr. Gary Alter!

Fifteen years ago, I had a labiaplasty performed by a gynecologist that left me with both labia completely amputated. For years afterward, I struggled with my confidence and feeling comfortable in my own skin. I wanted to have reconstructive surgery for a very long time but finding a surgeon who truly specialized in this type of reconstruction was incredibly difficult.

I had my reconstruction with Dr. Alter in May 2026. I knew going into it that this was an investment but after everything I had been through, I wanted to do this once and do it the right way.

My recovery took about three weeks, and now that I am fully healed, I honestly cannot believe the results! You would never know that I had anything done. The results are natural and beautiful, and beyond what I ever thought was possible.

But more than the physical result, Dr. Alter gave me something I had been missing for 15 years: confidence in my own body again!
