Everyone at the center is very nice and companionate I love my new face and neck lipo. Dr Seiger is a great caring surgeon that take the time to make you happy. The assistants are very nice and helpful also. I had a mini face lift, neck liposuction and neck lift
Excellent. Absolutely top notch professionals, from the receptionist to Dr. Sieger himself. Wouldn’t trust my face to anyone but him. Procedure was painless and my recovery seamless. Absolutely happy with the new snd improved me!
Dr. Seiger staff are amazing and helpful. I came in for a vein consulted and met with blayne. Long story short ended up needing to have a venaseal done by Blayne PA-C. I loved how he explained everything during the procedure. I was able to go back to work the next day.
Doctor Seiger and staff were amazing! My derm visit was very quick and easy! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly at the Sterling Heights location. There was no such thing as a stupid question over here. I will recommend Skin and Vein center to all!
I had an amazing experience at skin and vein. Scheduled an appt with the esthetician she is very knowledgeable and has open appts available. Dr. Seigers staff is very kind and personable. If your looking to refresh your skin this is the place to go.

These pictures are 2 weeks after first appointment. Hate these tattoos. I had these tattoos performed unprofessionally but with a professional tattoo gun. I had the tattoos for maybe 3-4 years before I had enough money to remove them. The Picosure was very painful, but it went by pretty fast, maybe a few minutes. It seems to lighten it pretty good after only 2 weeks. the pain is worth removing them. Updated on 9 Sep 2015: This is 2 weeks after my second Picosure appointment on December 8, 2014. Updated on 9 Sep 2015: My 4th session was on March 2, 2015. I waited 2 weeks for the healing and scabs to come off before taking pictures. Updated on 9 Sep 2015: My 5th appointment was on April 13, 2015. This is 2 weeks after for photos. Updated on 9 Sep 2015: Appointment was on June 1, 2015. Took photos 2 weeks later. Updated on 9 Sep 2015: 7th appointment was on July 27, 2015. Took photos 2 weeks after ???? I'm in a new place, so the lighting is a little different. Updated on 22 Nov 2015: Appointment was September 14, 2015. I took the pictures about 2 weeks after healing was done. It seems like I'm getting there, almost done! I just wish it was faster. No picoboost. Updated on 18 Apr 2016: I had my appointment on January 29th and these pictures are from 2 months after. It seems to lighten up a lot following the appointment for a few weeks. The pain seems be less and less depending on how much ink is still in the skin, I feel like it is anyways, not sure if it's true or not. Updated on 14 Nov 2017: I feel like I am damaging my skin more than anything. I was going to Skin & Vein in Sterling Heights for 2 years to Jennifer. She was great. Fast, efficient, personable. Especially since my tattoo was in a location I was embarrassed about. Last time I went Jennifer had quit and they had a new girl there. She barely touched my tattoo and was too “gentle”. Barely went over my tattoo with the laser and was just not used to operating the machine. Now I want to wait so she can get used to this job better. Really is a bummer. It’s also taking such a long time that I am losing hope. The hypo pigmentation is not going away.
I rarely do anything impulsive, but when I do, of course it has to be something permanent. I feel like an idiot. I got a very brightly colored quarter sleeve tattoo. It's not even finished yet and I'm regretting it. I've cried almost every day since I got it. So, I have 3 consultations scheduled for laser tattoo removal. One is very close to me, the other is the hospital system I work for which would probably give me a discount, and the soonest appointment is 3 hours away, but it's the closest office with the Picosure laser. I've done a lot of research, and it seems that the Picosure is my best chance of removing my purple, green, and light blue colors. Why couldn't I have just gone with a plain black design? Oh, well. It's done now and I can't take it back, so I have to move forward! Updated on 25 Jul 2013: I had my first treatment with the Picosure today. I expected it to be awful since it's a almost a half sleeve, but it was tolerable even without any numbing cream. She was pretty optimistic about the removal. My light blue and green parts have already faded significantly after one treatment. There's already some fading in the black, too. She may have to use a different laser for the red and purple, but she thinks she can get rid of those colors, too. I'm feeling really good about it! Definitely confident that I'm doing the right thing. Updated on 26 Jul 2013: I'm unwrapped now, and so far I'm pleased. No bruising, swelling, or blistering at all. There is very significant lightening of my teal and green, decent lightening of the dark purple, and surprisingly, my red lightened up a little, too. Wasn't expecting the Picosure to touch the red. It hasn't done anything to the pink, but my technician said she may have to play around with a few different lasers to get the different colors out. Feeling optimistic! Updated on 27 Jul 2013: Now I have tiny blisters in the green and blue. I'm slightly swollen, too, but still not very painful. I would say it's similar to a very mild sunburn. Updated on 27 Jul 2013: Here's the progress so far. I'm keeping the purple flower on my shoulder, and may end up keeping the pink and purple daisies at the top, too. I hate the red one, and the bottom purple one is beautiful, but just too big and I don't think it goes with the top flowers. Updated on 10 Sep 2013: I had my second treatment last week. She was impressed with how well I healed, so she really turned up the laser this time. It definitely hurt worse, even with numbing cream. I still barely blistered. Just like last time, it was slightly sore for a couple days after, and then back to normal. I'm getting used to having all this ink, now. I've decided to keep the top three flowers, and just get rid of the red one and the giant purple one. I will still need to have it finished, which will have to wait until after the laser treatments. I'm very impatient, so it's hard to wait! Updated on 26 Jan 2014: OK, I've been slacking. I had my 5th treatment on Tuesday, and boy was it rough. She introduced the Medlite on treatment number 4 for the red and dark purple. She's been hitting the purple with both lasers, and the Medlite really takes out the red. I had some decent blistering this time, so I hope it fades even more! I haven't had a lot of blistering until now, but I have seen fading every time. We're going 8 weeks between treatments now, because I see more fading in between that way. I'm excited to get my remaining 3 flowers finished, so I'm going to set up an appointment with a couple tattoo artists to get some ideas flowing. So excited to see it finished! I know I still have several treatments to go. It's hard to be patient, but it will be worth it. Updated on 16 Jun 2014: It's been a while since my last treatment. I've noticed that the fading continues for over two months! I'm scheduled for my next appointment July 8th. My last one was end of March, so it really has been a while! The last treatment I had my first REAL blisters. It was pretty gross, but the results were amazing. I'm afraid to have her turn up the lasers again. Maybe I'll just keep the same settings....
Yep, my over-achieving pits are dryI wish MiraDry were available years ago, but am THRILLED it's here now and it's the best thing I've ever spent money on. If you are reading this blog, and are considering having this done, I say "DO IT". Do your research on it, especially levels and experienced technicians, and I think you'll find the more you know, the more you'll want this done. Yes, a few thousand dollars ($2,000 first procedure, $800 second prodcure - if necessary) is a lot of money, but I couldn't think of a better thing (for me) to spend money on to enhance my quality of life! I've had the Botox treatments and that worked really well, albeit, expensive, too. With now dry pits, I started wearing colored shirts and loved the fact that I didn't always have to keep my elbows pressed to my sides like a Tyrannosaurus Rex for fear of big ol' dinner-plate sized sweat stains grossing people out. I wore nothing but black Dry-Fit and Under Armour short sleeve polos just so I could feel comfortable fully extending my arms. After about 6 months of Botox, my wife said I was a different person, more confident, less fidigty. I told her that only people with hyper-hydrosis know what a curse it is... at least I considered it to be. Beginning January 1 of this year, when the insurance company was no longer going to cover any part of the Botox and I was going to have to start paying $750 every 3 months, I considered surgery and started looking on the internet and ran across MiraDry. I read every single word of every single post on this site for info. I was on Miradry's website getting info. I was watching MiraDry videos. I watched the MiraDry segment on the Dr. Oz show. I googled questions about it, and as long as you put the name MiraDry in your search, more answers from other websites came up that I otherwise wouldn't have found. I researched the heck out of it, and determined it is the way to go. I owe my insurance company a HUGE thank-you for the declination letter to my dermotologist for what I hoped was going to be another 3 months of temporary Botox, otherwise, I wouldn't have discovered MiraDry! So... Today is day 10 after my first procedure and am happy and dry as can be! After all my research I called and booked my appointment for the procedure and the 10 days I had to wait until my appointment couldn't have come soon enough. I was like a 5 year-old waiting for his birthday. I chose not to have a preliminary appointment due to knowing that I wanted to have this done and felt a lot of my questions were already answered. It's recommended to shave your pits 1-3 days prior to the treatment so if you have any cuts or irritation from shaving, they'll have time to heal. I read that if you do it the day of, there is a chance for more irritation. I have to say, it was odd shaving them and having bald pits, but now know what my wife goes through. We'd compared notes. The morning of, I had a brief consultation with the very caring and compassionate lady whom was going to perform the procedure and she had given me additional information of what to expect, before, during and after the process. She told me she LOVES her job (and her enthusiam showed) because it changes people's live so dramatically and told me about the tear-jerker thank you letters from past sufferers she has helped. She told me her son was the first person she performed this on, and then had it done on herself, too. She wanted to know what the patient's experience was going to be... a true professional! One of the guys who posted here had the same lady and he was right... it's very comforting having a knowledgable and EXPERIENCED person do this. She said she has been booked solid the day the Skin & Vein Center offered this, and has been booked a year solid ever since, so I knew I was in the right hands. I right away asked about levels because it seems that other people whom had level 1 for the first procedure, weren't as dry as they hoped. The lady said she does a LEVEL 4 for the first procedure and LEVEL 4 or 5 for second procedure because that is the level she had done and said the pain (mild) and swelling were the same as her son had (level 1). She said it's better to be aggressive with the first round to have maximum results. When she said that, I knew I was in the right place. I just wanted these damn pits dry! After a sedative (very welcomed and I my wife was there to drive me home) and 55 easy shots p/p (per pit) with their short needle (took away the guessing on how deep to inject), my pits numbed up and I was ready to go. I'm a bigger guy, so smaller people will probably have less shots. Seriously, if this is going to be the solution I'm banking on to keep me dry, I wouldn't have cared if she used a flame-thrower to numb 'em. During the procedure, Dr. Seiger popped in the room to say hello, check the pit tatto-grid, and reassure me I was in great care. When he left, I resumed asking the technician about some of the things I read on the blogs, one of which, can I have different levels done on the deeper parts of my pits and she told me that when the MiraDry machine is set before the wand hits your pit for the first time, it won't let you change the level at any time after that... so it confirmed even more that level 4 was the right choice for me. After a half hour p/p, it was over. I could not believe it. Yes, there were a couple of times when I could feel the heat, but the lady said "just a few more seconds" and then it went cool. She turned to monitor that she watches towards me so I could see it and she explained what things on the screens meant. On the screen is kind of a scroll bar that shows when it is hot and how long until it gets cool. Once I started watching the scroll bar, it didn't really hurt because I could see the countdown to coolness. Out of maybe 24 zaps p/p, only 2 or 3 were hot... absolutely no big deal. She then gave me her card with her cell number on it in case I had any questions or concerns within the next days and to contact her anytime. This was another source of comfort, having her direct number. I'm glad people posted to bring frozen water bottles because they worked perfectly, even though the office gave me a couple of MiraDry frozen gel packs. It is also a great suggestion to have another set of water bottles in the freezer so you can put the old bottles back in the freezer and grab the new ones, once the ice melts, which is about 1-1/2 to 2 hours. Like I started with, it's been 10 days and the numbness is wearing-off and it feels like my pits are mildly sunburned... doesn't hurt, just minorly uncomfortable. I didn't post any pictures because mine looked like most of the others posted. I had minor swelling and redness, and a few domino-sized and shaped hickies. They're completely gone now and waiting for all the numbness to disappear, too. I have to say that if they stayed the way they are now, I wouldn't care at all, as long as I'm dry. The last thing is I was told that the hair may or may not grow back to it where it was "pre-razor". Even if they stay like swimmers' pits for the rest of my life, if they stay dry, I'll remained thrilled! In the meantime, I can't wait for my new shirt that I picked out for Father's Day. Yep, it's a thin colorful dress shirt... one I wouldn't have worn in a million years with my former super-soakers. I'll post an update in a couple of weeks.
You could probably get away with doing just fillers, giving you instant results without any scarring. If though, you are looking for longer lasting results, then I would recommend an upper mini facelift. This incision is in the hairline and will not be noticeable. This procedure lasts for 5 years and will give you the results that you are looking for.Dr Eric Seiger
Thank you for your question. After examining your pictures I believe that all you need is what I call an Upper mini faceLift, which is a small incision from the top of the ear up and the hairline lifting your cheeks and jowls also. This will do a great job tightening your face. I also believe that mid face filler deep to the bone which we consider a Y lift would also be helpful.
