David Matlock, MD, MBA, FACOG

This man gave me the booty I wanted. I had a 2000s body skinny and no butt. I got model work like that but I personally didn’t think it was sexy. He gave me a BBL in 2005 and I loved it. Be prepared to look crazy weird for 2 months while you are swollen but then afterwards you will have a nice booty when everything settles into place. He took my upper arm fat, my ab fat and back fat to make the booty. I love it. Best part no complications and no revision needed. But be prepared for everyone from strangers to people you know asking questions about your butt. You will get non stop compliments. I don’t know if the craze is over in 2022 but for over a decade people would say to me “damn that azz”

My vagina was lose and I would pee myself a little if I laughed too hard or if I coughed. Having 4 vaginal births my vaginal muscles were loose and my bladder had dropped. During my consultation with Dr Matlock he was very straight forward about what I should expect. The procedure was a little painful but I had planned to have a week downtime and I'm glad I gave myself extra time to relax. I'm very happy with my results. No more peeing a little, no water entering vagina when I'm in the bath (prior to surgery my muscles were so loose water would go inside my vagina in the bath). Oh my goodness!!! I knew something was wrong but wasn't sure what it was until I started investigating on realself.com. That's when I saw the before and after pictures from the "Mommy makeovers". A lot of the 'before' vaginas looked like mine. I researched and found two doctors I like. I chose Dr David Matlock!!! I'm so glad I did. I am 48. I had the surgery last year. My vagina is 16 again!! I can jump and nothing feels like it is jiggling around inside!!! I can stand on my head and there are no vaginal farts (excuse me for being so literal) when I come down. I can hold a tampon now. The first two show you a little of how wide it was. All I had to do was sit there and it was open...BIG. These pictures really don't show the full extent. I'm going to continue to look for the other ones. The second two pictures were taken after the surgery. The last two, I took today. (I took those so ya'll could see how it looks a year later. Here they go. Feel free to ask me any questions. I'm so happy!!! Absolute best thing I could have done. I can run, jump, skip, stand on my head...everything...all with no worries. I can hold a wet tampon inside. AND...I don't have to tighten up when I'm making love anymore. It's wonderful. Oh! I forgot one thing. I'm 48. I pushed three kids out of that vagina. Take care.

I have been contemplating the G-shot for quite sometime. I decided to call Dr. Matlock's office whom is located in Beverly Hills on Sunset Blvd. I have read such great things about Dr. Matlock on the web. My experience in his office was great. The staff is amazing! They are great at making you feel warm and welcomed. Griselda was great at explaining to me that this procedure will take about less than 5 minutes and not to worry about feeling anything, patients don't normally complain about pain for the G-Shot injection. I was escorted into the consult room and Dr. Matlock came in with a nurse (a nurse is always present when speaking to the physician) He was very thorough when explaining the G-Shot procedure. The great part about my experience is that Dr. Matlock allows you to try and figure out where your g-spot is located as he explains before he steps out, is not to worry that he will let me know if i am indeed correct. To my surprise i was right, as Dr. Matlock stated "What feels different?" The injection took about 1 minute. I did not feel any pain just mild pressure when he was injecting the local anesthetic prior to the actual shot. The g-shot is collagen that is much more thicker than your normal average facial fillers. For me the g-shot lasted about 4 months. My sexual experience was quite remarkable. I was never really in tuned with my body but this shot gave me more of boost and made my sexual drive 10x more than normal. The sex not only was great but it felt different i was able to feel more stimulation vaginally than i normally would. I am very happy with the experience, i will be going in for another shot once i am back in town. Thank you Dr. Matlock you are AMAZING!

I went in for a vaginal rejuvenation because I love my sex life and I am always trying to maximise pleasure in every field of my life. No children, 25 years old, so no doctor wanted to perform this procedure on me... Eventually I found Dr Matlock who was confident enough to want to do this. The time at his clinic was very comfortable. Recovery was also very doable. Now I've healed up and have put it to test... I am stunned. This has been The Best cosmetic procedure I have ever done. Feels so good and tight, but still functional.

Please has anyone here had the bbl with Dr. Matlock? Beverly Hills, CA. Were you satisfied with ur result? I need people's experiences with him before I publish my review. I don't want to seem too hasty in doing that because he has asked me to wait for 6 weeks to ascertain the final result. I had my procedure 4 weeks ago.

So like I posted earlier, I had my BBL done with Dr. Matlock at Beverly Hills, he is very pricey. He charges each Lipo area 2500k....yes you heard me right. I am Nine wks Post ops today and i'm really not happy with the result. The butt has completely gone down in size, I have dents on my left butt. What I don't understand is that I had so much fat but Dr. Matlock choosed to inject only 720ccs on each butt cheek. He promised to give me a full round and pery butt. As you can see here there's no projection at all and the butt is barely not there.

Just had my consultation last week and I am soooo excited! I have lived life as an apple shape and hate it!!! I'm 5'2 currently 155 lbs and 20 yrs old. I have been wanting this procedure for the past year so I gained approx 20 lbs just for this and I plan on gaining 10 lbs more just to make sure I am happy with the result! ( I'd rather it look a little bigger than I want rather than smaller) I will have lipo from flanks, lower back, entire waist&bra roll and abdomen, I'm hoping to ask the DR if he can lipo my upper/inner thighs for that sexy "gap" look. after the procedure I'm planning on hitting the gym as hard as I always have before gaining weight for this... I just want the best results possible!!! I'm so excited, only 2 1/3 months left. Any advice on healing process or precautions before I do surgery? Btw has anyone medicated themselves with painkillers along side medical marijuana products such as edibles or thc pills!?

I guess dr Matlock has some type of conference the day of my SX Monday jan 13 -__- luckily they have moved it to just a few days later on Thursday Jan 16... I'm a bit nervous since I start school the first week of Feb which means I'll have a total of 3 weeks recovery before having to sit for 10+ hours a day in lecture. Will a boppy pillow work well or the yoga may under thighs trick work better. I don't want to lose any volume due to school... Please help!

Aaaaahh my surgery is in 30 hours. I'm nervous as hell and trying to keep calm. Please pray for me! I have severe anxiety in general and I'm just hoping I don't flake out, cry or throw a fit once I'm on that table. Praying that The Lord is with me throughout this journey. Bless all of you who have given me warm feelings and may God be with all of you in your surgery. I go in at 6:30 am Thursday (1/16/14) and ill be 21 at the beginning of March so I'm hoping to be healed just in time to go out n show off this legal bootay lol anyway keep me in your thoughts plzzzz. Can't believe I'm saying this but... See y'all on the other side !

Recovery Is definitely TOUGH. U need help help help thank Jesus I have my parents here boyfriend and my best friend to help me out and keep me occupied. I've Been watching a lot of movies and WALK WALK WALK all over the place as well as stretch, trust me it's the best solution to pAin in addition to the meds! ladies do NOT do this alone cause the first 24-48 hrs you are so unable to do anything alone, I was miserable even with tons of help. But I am managing it well with a few random crying sessions lol. Everyone's very surprised at well I'm recuperating so hopefully I'll feel like myself by 1 week PO.

So it's been over 1 week. THANK YOU JESUS it went by semi quickly now that I look back on it, my OxyContin(Percocet), Valium(for muscle spasms) worked great but in addition to that I medicated with edible forms of marijuana& omg did that help so much kept me asleep for many parts of the day and helped me "breeze" thru. But F*CK this surgery is no joke buy my dr +former patients are surprised at how well I am doing!?!?!? I am still swollen but my waist is looking fab and booty hadn't shrunk too much *knock on wood*
After postop appt I FINALLY SHOWERED! Got lightheaded without garment but boy did that hot water feel like ecstasy. ARNICA GEL highly recommend in combo with arnica/bromelain pills for swelling and bruising. The gel is magic and all natural especially for the ITCHIES( hate itching dammit). Anyway everyday is a SERIOUS Improvement pain wise. My pain level is at a 2/10 at this point and it's not pain anymore more like strains, soreness and a lol burning when my torso bends/twists. My booty only hurts if i accidentally bump something. Anyway tmro I get my first lymphatic drainage massage. I plan on taking a Percocet 2 hrs before as well as eating some *medicated chocolate*(; (; before hand to help numb the potential pain from the massage.

I can't remember the exact amount but I believe he lipo'ed 3.7 liters and injected 850CC per cheek. My ass looks nice, plump and worked for! I have a very athletic build including large calves so this butt compliments my frame well, some curves but not exaggerated for my originally boxy body type. I will post more pix ASAP

Started working out my arms and back yesterday as well as a semi strict diet and I feel damn good doing so! My waist and flanks are incredibly tender to the touch and my ankles/feet still swell up but other than that I am doing so well I'm happy. Hopefully I don't lose too much volume realllllly hoping! I'll post more pix when I see more improvement in this swollen midsection!

Forgot to add in that this massage is necessary! I took 1 perc 2 hrs before to numb me and the massage was actually pleasant with an occasional sting or so but after it was over I felt almost like my preop self again, full of energy! That's what prompted me to begin working out. I will get 1 more massage in about 2 weeks (;

Hello everyone just want to make a quick update... I saw my final booty results at about 2 months, I haven't lost any inches since then... Current measurements (38 breast, 30' waist (still a lil swollen) and booty=42' :D) it was a hard road to recovery but definitely doable... I give this procedure 100% worth it rating. So many people notice my body changed. Most think I did a lot of squats and I have been questioned about having surgery but they think I got my boobs done! Since they got so big during my weight gaining process before I got lipo everywhere around my breast... So that's a plus (; I have been working out for the last 3 months and my shape is coming out lovely! anyway hope y'all make a good choice surgeon wise and heal properly!

I had all three procedures done at the same time so I could get the healing over with at the same time the best decision I made was choosing dr matlock and staying at the Beverly Hills aftercare center for five days after my surgery don't think I would have made it without them! They took amazing care of me temperpedic bed with controls to lift the bottom or top of the bed they fed me anything I wanted and made sure my vitals were good at all times my favorite was percilla but I honestly loved all my nurses!! Highly recommend the facility.

The rest might be a little mumbly because tomorrow is my 2 week mark post op I had minimal bruising I mean minimal the scars are tiny irritating but not painful the worst part of everything was my vajaja the first seven days omg ladies it hurts!!!! Burns but I must say now that the pain is gone and I've looked down there it's prettier I wasn't expecting that! I never had a problem with the way it looked before but it is how should I say cute!!! Lol two more things that are the hardest to deal with getting off the Percocet haven't had any today it really messed with my mood I was snapping about everything yesterday angry crying only have 4 pills left saving them for the next problem I literally have an alien in my stomach and back! It's hard you can feel all the internal swelling and scar tissue it's not painful just really uncomfortable standing up straight feels like its I don't know how to explain it just tight

so yesterday I went to my chiropractor and had a message since they specialize in injuries and scar tissue it felt so good ( I was on a pill ) the only one I took yesterday started ib profen too which has helped a little with the internal swelling its uncomfortable to be naked I wear spanks during the day with my robe or if I leave I put a long loose fitting dress on I smell like I had a baby that's what my sister said she has four I don't have any I also want to say I didn't do top bottom and outside rejuvenation as I didn't need it just bottom and outside from relaxation I'm 26 dr matlock laughed at my consultation and said my vajaja looked like after pictures but its a personal choice just missed the confidence it gave me when I was younger we will see how much of a difference it made in April just to forwarn you ladies you can't even [RS bleep] for six weeks post op which is going to be crazy for me haven't had the earge yet but I'm a at least 3-5 time a week girl even with my amazing sex life I have with my fiancé we have been together three years

ok so this is funny I told him I was getting lipo and he completely disagreed but succumbed because he loves me and wants me to be happy I didn't tell him about the butt or vajaja till he came on the 4 night at the aftercare facility I said are you excited he said ask me in six weeks men so cute! So those are some of the bad things the good I'm 2 weeks post op and I already look amazing!!! I am 5'4 and usually 110 lbs surgery I was 119 tried my hardest to gain for the fat transfer to my butt didn't have much but I didn't want a j lo booty just a little more bubble I had stubborn fat on my abdomen and flanks I know 110 lbs but that was what god gave me I honestly am looking forward to being all healed this alien out of my stomach and to be intimate again oh and these withdrawals to be over with that's a doozy my heart goes out to any one truly addicted to pain meds it's a sad thing now I k ow why my doc only gave me one refill its no joke coming down from them! What I wish I knew before hand was the hardness that comes with the lipo in all my research never read anything about it or else I could have been better prepared other than that I did so much research it's rediculous I knew what I was getting into overall I'm happy just anxious for the six weeks to be up ill post pics when I can broke my phone so don't have pre op pics the doc is emailing I'm not gonna post until I'm at six weeks and ill post before and after good luck!! Enjoy the feel good of the Percocet while it last lol

I'm a year and 4 months post op I am ecstatic with my results the only issue after it all is the loose skin after the lipo on my stomach/back I'm in love with my fat transfer to my rear end I've gained weight but in the right places! I now weigh 123lbs I honestly could work out and eat better! As far as the loose skin I'm doing radio frequency treatments and so far am loving the results! Hope my review helps I've added pictures in order are 6wks/6months/1year

Surgery date was December 15, 2012. I had lipo in 6 areas, breast & brazillian butt augmentation. I initially was supposed to have a breast augmentation 4 years ago almost to the date... but on my surgury date I found out I was pregnant. Now I have a three ½ year old and I have decided to have cosmetic surgery. I am 5’3, weighed 135 lbs. Physically fit and I gained about 18lbs for the fat transfer. Once I made the decision everything else just kind of happen very quickly.

I decided to have a BBA via fat transfer with Dr. Matlock. He was able to get 570 ccs for each cheek.(I must say he is the BEST. After researching doctors in California, I came across the E TV program Dr. 90210 and he is THE BUTT Dr! Dr. Matlock has traveled to Brazil over 18 times, and performed over 7,000 BBA procedures. For my Breast Augmentation I went with Dr. Diaz, I wanted Full C’s for my body frame therefore I went with 370 cc’s silicone. (Dr. Diaz is the best too) Being that I am a single mother, and this was my first cosmetic procedure I had developed alot of anxiety. For about three weeks straight, I was trying to gain weight in a healthy manner (with moderation, I allowed myself to have fast food and carbs but I also drank Muscle Milk and Ensure Protein Drinks 2x a day). But ,I was still nervous about the thought of going under... but then became excited once I thought of finally achieving the results I’ve wanted for so long. I was nervous about going under (procedure started at 7:30 AM and ended around 12PM). It took a couple of hours to come out of anesthesia, and then I recovered at a recovery center for 2 days.

I am at the 3 week post op mark and returned to work after 2 ½ weeks post op. I am in a job where I am required to sit for 8 + hours a day, therefore I am glad that I had the procedure over the holiday break. My recovery is going well. Breasts have already started to fall and look natural. The bruising from the lipo has almost already disappeared (I took Healing supplements pre and Post Arnica and Bornica /Querin) I highly recommend this. Scaring: I have the type of skin that can scar pretty bad and possibly develop hypertrophic and keloid scars. Note that my incisions for my breast (so far are very flat), and the sutures for the lipo have already disappeared out of 8 lipo entry sites, only four are now visible and healing nicely. Note, no drains or removal of sutures were required.

Recovery: I still sleep on my sides, and my Brazilian butt augmentation is still healing. It still feels very tight. In the beginning it felt like I had two cement slabs on the top of my butt. But, I was able to walk around and shop two days post surgery. I did NOT do any heavy lifting or carry my child. Out of all of the procedures combined, the most difficult has been the areas that were aggressively lipo'd (abdomen, flanks and part of my back). There is still a tingling sensation, and those areas are itchy. I was told it is a natural process of my skin trying to re-attach to the fat, but it just feels very uncomfortable. Yesterday was my first lipo massage. It was very soothing. I highly recommend it.

I wish all of you ladies who are considering this operation the best of luck. Be sure ton do your research, and make sure you have enough fat to transfer. It is not worth it if you have less than 500 – 700 cc’s. For those of you who question if you can combine the two procedures, (breast aug and BBA), you can. But for the first few days of recovery please be sure to lay with your back propped up, and your knees to one side so you are not applying pressure to your butt. I still sleep on my hip (alternating sides), and will do this for the next two months. ? l also heard about the boppy pillow, BUT my doctor advised against it because the sides of the doughnut applies pressure to part of your butt augmentation.

Lastly, I am definitely at the 4 week convalescence stage (information provided to me by my plastic surgeon about different psychological recovery stages), where I constantly stare looking for results and get paranoid thinking I may have lessened the results from sitting down for 15 minutes, or from sitting down when driving. These stages of recovery are natural. My follow-up appointment is in a couple of weeks.

I will post pre-op and post op pictures soon. (i’m really bad at uploading pictures, hopefully this years NY resolutions will change that!) Again I hope this information helps.

I think it is important to show you what happened to me. I had this surgery because I was talked into it. I look at these pictures now and realize I didn't need surgery. I asked their opinion and trusted it. I now know better. I was offered a discount and jumped at the chance to have a prettier vagina. What I got was months of not being able to make love. My vagina was made excessively small. The labia minora was not smooth or even. My labia majora was to be made flatter and was not touched at all. I had pain for months and had 3 surgeries to revise this. What cost 8000( I got a discount) to have done cost me 10000 to fix. And a trip to the proctologist to remove skin in the rectal area from the surgery.I could not get Dr. Matlock to return phone calls. Or at least not regularly. I missed a flight because he so late. I traveled from out of state to go to appointments to have them cancelled or changed at the last minute. I wasted money on hotels on plane trips.
I hope you have more concern for your patients. This has been devastating and emotional. This was my reality unfortunately.

Here are the photos from pre and post surgery. It's pretty horrifying. Dr. Alter had his work cut out for him. I took 3 revisions to get the opening the right size again but the aesthetics were fixed immediatelly. Alter was able to smooth the labia minora uneveness and the look that mice had been nibbling on it. It was just awful and so painful after Matlock .

No need to go down a road paved in unknowns, unnecessary pain and greivances. Anxiety. Depression. Missed days of work. Money I will never see again. Time I wont get back.

I’m only updating because it seems I should have added this to designer vagina instead of “labiaplasty”. I also wanted to make sure people understand the difference between laser surgery and what other doctors offer. A scalpel is more precise. I know designer laser vagina rejuvenation sounds a lot more high-tech but the problem is that the laser can leave the labia menorah very jagged and uneven. Where is a scalpel can leave it smooth and nice. You can see in my photos it look like my labia have been chewed on after surgery. After Dr. Alter corrected it with a scalpel you can see how smooth and healthy it looks.
