Feeling amazing - as soon as I woke up back pain was gone

As soon as I woke up back pain was gone can't wait to see my results. Dr Newman and staff was great they answered all my questions and more, can't wait until my drains are removed next week. Will update with pictures later. Updated on 26 Sep 2021: Love the way my breasts looks so far. Dr.Newman advised me that my breast will get small after the swelling subside which I am hoping not too much. The only thing I don't like is my nipples, they're so puffy (not my surgeons fault)
