I had my breast reduction surgery in June, and I truly could not be happier with my experience or my results. From the moment I met Dr. Franco, I knew I was in the right hands. He is warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable — he made me feel completely at ease and listened to every concern I had with genuine care.
The surgery and recovery process were smooth, and I felt supported the entire time. I’m already in love with my results, and I know they’ll only continue to improve as I fully heal. Choosing Dr. Franco was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!

I had an Alloclae procedure done on my hip dips almost two weeks ago and had an amazing experience with Dr. Franco. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and precise, which put me at ease throughout the entire process. While my results are still settling, which is as expected, I’m already obsessed! The change is subtle but has made a big impact on my figure and overall confidence! Even now, nearly two weeks post-op, Dr. Franco continues to check in on my healing and progress, which I truly appreciate. He’s a fantastic doctor for so many reasons!

I had septoplasty and chin lipo. I’m so happy with the results. Nose looks amazing (and I can breath out of my right nostril again) and my face looks so much thinner. Two weeks out from surgery and already seeing big improvements. While I was getting my lymphatic massage to reduce swelling, the massage therapist (ex plastics nurse) told me Dr Weinfeld and one other surgeon are the only two surgeons in Austin she’d trust with her face. I certainly agree. Pleased as punch.

I had a breast smile (yes it is called that) and butt implants. He is so kind and honest. Very honest!. (I wanted a JLo butt) he told me with my frame it would seriously look silly. I love that about him. He wants his patients to look natural not silly.

I went to Dr. Weinfeld for a facial fat transfer about 5 weeks ago! I highly recommend this doctor & procedure. After several years of graduate school, too many hot Pilates sessions, and a history of anorexia, I felt that my facial fat was depleted and made me look a bit unhealthy.

He added fat to the areas I was most concerned with, my temples and my cheeks. It looks balanced and natural. Although my final results are not yet ascertainable, since it takes several months for the newly placed fat to either assimilate or resorb, im happy with my results so far!

Healing process was a bit intense but I’m sensitive to pain and swell easily.

Tomorrow is surgery day!
I was feeling a bit nervous last night thinking about it all.

Yesterday I had my breast augmentation surgery — went under anesthesia, took a nap, and woke up feeling like two mountains were sitting on my chest (Both sides: Motiva 265cc).

Surprisingly, not much pain at all, but upper body movement is pretty limited. I need help getting up, and I’ll be sleeping upright like a vampire for the next two weeks

On the bright side — my appetite came back strong! I ate a full meal and even snacked on bananas, cherries, and tomatoes. Also slept like a baby last night

It’s been 2 days since my surgery — my chest still feels super firm, like two solid rocks. Really hoping they’ll soften up soon!

I’ve been taking my pain meds as prescribed, and thankfully I haven’t felt any real pain so far.

I also bought a U-shaped pillow for sleeping upright more comfortably. And the ice packs I got when the swelling gets intense. So soothing!

Today has been the most comfortable day so far! I was able to get out of bed on my own and even pick up water bottle without that sore, pulling feeling in my chest muscles — a small but exciting win!

I also ordered a really comfy post-surgery bra from Amazon and it's been such a relief to wear — supportive but not too tight.

That said, my chest still feels very tight and firm, and I can’t walk around for too long without feeling pressure or discomfort in my chest.

Saw my surgeon today and he said everything is healing beautifully. From now on, I need to stay more active — walking around every day.

The good news is I can finally sleep flat on my back again, but I still need to wear my surgical bra 24/7. I can switch to sports bra now,.

I’ve also started doing massages daily and applying scar cream. The surgical glue on my incisions hasn’t fully come off yet, but the doctor said I can gently wipe it away now.

Overall, I feel pretty good — no real pain, just a slight heavy feeling when I take the bra off. Still waiting for the implants to fully drop and the swelling to go down.

The first three weeks were definitely the hardest because of the sleep. Around week 3, my sleep started to improve much, I can sleep on my side for a bit, though my chest still feels a little sore when I do now.

I’ve noticed some numbness under my left nipple, I’ll ask my doctor about it at my appointment next week.

Other than avoiding heavy lifting and upper body workouts, my daily life feels pretty much back to normal. I’m really happy with the size. Hoping my scars fade faster. I apply scar gel twice a day and do one massage daily. My chest is still firm. Can’t wait for them to fully drop and soften!

I’ve had a breast lift/augmentation as well as a BBL and J plasma on my abdomen all done by Dr. Franco and have been happy with every single procedure. He really listened to what I wanted and was very realistic about expectations. He is also a very warm and kind person. I would highly recommend him for all your plastic surgery needs!!

Dr. A made me feel really comfortable and was extremely professional and caring. The procedure was quick, and while it definitely hurt (at least the numbing part did) I honestly regret nothing at all. This has changed my life dramatically. I did not realize how bad it used to be until I saw before and after pictures, and now it looks just like my other nipple. The only 'bad thing' is the scarring; I have basically 4 white crosses around my nipple where the incisions were, but I will see if I can get those tattooed to the right color if they don't get any pigment back (I'm about 4 months post-op right now). It was worth it.

Dr Franco is an amazing doctor and a true artist- scientist! I had a smile cut breast lift with Alloclae enhancement, Quantum RF with Insta lift threads to the area above the knee and thighs and Quantum RF to the arms, all done under local anesthesia! The procedure lasted four hours, during which, he was constantly reassuring and comforting me by providing updates of the various steps. What impressed me was his thoroughness, focus and attention to detail throughout the surgery and his smooth and calm communication with his excellent team of the three nurses present. My recovery was really fast and I hardly used any painkillers apart from the first day. The results were even more impressive! I cannot believe how tight my thighs look and I love love my new breast shape!
