My experience was amazing! I was a skinny shot patient and lost a lot of weight. I had some skin laxity on my neck and my face was still very round. I had a consult for Myellevate and I felt like it was the right procedure for me. I moved forward with Myellevate energized which included Jplasma and I added on buccal fat removal. The procedure was done with local anesthesia and I was very comfortable. Dr.Franco would check in with me to make sure I was comfortable and didn’t feel any pain. The procedure lasted about 2.5 hours. He played music and talked to me throughout the procedure and this made me less nervous. Everyone was super friendly and kind. I would highly recommend him! I went back the next day for my follow up and I was amazed by the result and it hadn’t even been 24 hours. If you’re considering this procedure please do it! You’re in good hands!

After months and months of extensive research, I made a consultation with Dr. Franco. For me, he marked all the important boxes. He is extremely kind, funny, knowledgeable and professional, which in combination makes for an excellent bedside manner. He made me feel comfortable, listened to my concerns and explained things in a manner that was easy to understand. 26 years ago, I had a not so good experience with another plastic surgeon. I did not do my research and I was very reluctant to do it again. I've worked with many doctors in my professional career and I must say that Dr. Franco has restored my faith that there are still great doctors in the world! I couldn't be happier with my results and have been back for other procedures and am excited for any I may have in the future. If anyone is on the fence with choosing a doctor, all I can say is make the consultation and see for yourself.

Dr. Weinfeld did my rhinoplasty which is something I’ve always wanted. It’s honestly more perfect than I could have imagined. He made sure that we were on the same page and I understood the process. I’m still early in healing and I expect it to get even better as swelling goes down. I wish I had done this years ago but I’m glad I waited till I found such a talented surgeon

Dr Arredondo is a top notch doctor and person. I had a breast lift and augmentation done and a tummy tuck done by him. Both procedures went well. He explained everything of what he would be doing and what results I could expect to see. He was spot on. From the moment you walk in his office, his staff and him make you feel comfortable and not just a number. I trust him completely and have made him cookies to show him how much I appreciate him and his staff. If you are looking for a plastic surgeon, Dr Arredondo is the doctor to have you do your surgery.

Absolutely love Dr Franco, he’s super friendly, patient and amazing at what he does! I never felt like my questions or concerns were dismissed, and I felt like he and his staff realistically prepared me for my procedure. He was also very easy to communicate with post op. I am 6 weeks out and am so happy with the results and the experience I had at APS.

Dr. Weinfeld and his entire team are incredible! He performed a second revision rhinoplasty with my own rib cartilage graft fixing both significant cosmetic issues (including overprojection, uneven and enlarged nostrils, twisted nose tip, asymmetry, the works) and significantly improving my breathing (removed a bone spur). I’m only a month out and my nose looks like the goal photo morphs (both front and side) and I can breath out of both sides of my nose without issue for the first time! Recovery process went great, I never had to take anything stronger than Tylenol/Celebrex for pain and was back to work (desk job) in under 2 weeks. He has a thoughtful pre-op and post-op process and always felt like I was in good hands and everyone truly cared about getting best possible result. Staff at Austin Plastic Surgeon were all incredible, accommodating my schedule and providing great care! Only regret is I did not find Dr. Weinfeld and his team sooner! 10/10 recommend!
