Finally Breathing

I had a rhinoplasty with Adam Weinfeld, MD on 1/9/2026 to fix a deviated septum and straighten my nose, and the results have been life-changing. I can now breathe freely without any restriction. I’m able to sleep on my back without waking up uncomfortable for air, and I no longer wake up with a dry mouth from mouth breathing at night.
I can also sleep comfortably on all sides of my body now. Before surgery, I could only sleep on my left side due to a breathing restriction, which affected my rest more than I realized at the time.
The quality of my sleep has astronomically improved. A few days of recovery misery was 100% worth a permanent, life-altering improvement.
Cosmetically, my nose looks like my nose. The shape didn’t change, as it was already a great size and fit my face well—it’s simply straight and functional now. Dr. Weinfeld respected my natural features while fixing what actually needed to be fixed, and I’m incredibly grateful for his skill and care.
