I have had breathing problems my entire life. I have also always hated my nose, as i can only breathe out of one side, it was crooked, and I always thought is was too big for my face. Upon looking up more doctors online that I can even remember, I was extremely impressed with Dr. Markarian's before/after photos. Results were natural. His bio was impressive. I decided to get an online consult in June. I planned on getting a few consults, but after 20min consult over video, I was sold. Finding a surgeon you trust to work on your face is not simple, and this was an easy decision. He was HUMAN! easy to talk to, made me very comfortable. We went over my goals for breathing/aesthetics. Then we made an appt for my in person consult. I met his staff (friendly, supportive, thorough), had pics taken, and discussed my timeline. I was hoping for early Aug and they made it happen! From contacting insurance, to booking me at the hospital, to accommodating time of day, they took care of it. I genuinely felt like I was in good hands throughout. My procedure was a septorhinoplasty, and went as planned. In just over 2 weeks I was back at my desk at work with barely any bruising. I naturally ask too many questions, and Dr. Markarian was available and answered all of them in a timely manner. Waking up from surgery, my breathing had already improved. Now is is better than it has ever been. I used to get sinus infections every 3 months at minimum. I have not had any breathing issues since surgery. I also have not used my rescue inhalers since surgery. Side note, I sing professionally. My voice has not changed at all, breathing has improved, and the insecurity I carried throughout my life is gone. I can't say enough positive, and would refer anyone I know/love!

Hi everyone! I posted a review immediately after my procedure but wanted to send an update as I’m 18 weeks post opp. I am still extremely happy with the procedure!! Not only did Dr. Mark do an amazing job cosmetically with my nose- giving me more confidence than ever before- but at 16 weeks not only did I start breathing better than ever before but I started to smell things that I have NEVER smelt before in the 33 years of my life! It is simply amazing that I had to leave another review. Thanks to Dr. Mark for the life changing procedure both from day to day functionality and beauty!! Simply the best at his craft!! Would never see anyone else!

Dr. Mark Markarian is the best! He is talented, knowledgeable and gave me his personal cell to reach out whenever. He called me the night before my surgery, the day after my surgery and answered my questions via text during recovery whenever I needed. He made me feel comfortable through out the whole process and you can tell he is extremely educated and talented on how good of a job he does answering any questions. His passion shined through the entire process as well as his care factor. Office is nice and Kate and Casey were always hospitable and kind to me! Highly recommend for rhinoplasty/septoplasty! Updated on 11 Sep 2025: Now that I’m 18 weeks post opp, I wanted to share some photos! Believe it or not, it takes a year plus to heal but already so in love with my new nose. So much more confident with it and above all else it is more functional than it ever was in 33 years- can breath better, can smell better and it looks better!! Words cannot describe how happy I am with my results. Dr Markarian has exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have surgery. I had a rhinoplasty done in 2021 purely for aesthetic reasons. While the appearance of my nose improved, I quickly realized that my breathing had become significantly compromised. On top of that, I still wasn’t completely happy with the results — my nose felt slightly too large for my face, and the tip was a bit crooked. Four years later, I decided to consult with Dr. Markarian to see if he could not only refine the appearance of my nose but also address my breathing issues. From our very first meeting, Dr. Markarian was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel confident throughout the entire process. Now, just one month post-op, I’m already amazed by the results. My breathing has improved dramatically, and I finally have the nose I’ve always dreamed of. Considering the complexity of the surgery — which included both rhinoplasty and septoplasty — I know that things will only continue to improve as I heal. I cannot recommend Dr. Markarian enough! I love the results of my rhinoplasty! It is everything I wanted and more, a completely natural look and my bump gone! My only regret is not doing it sooner. The process was seamless and Dr. Markarian was available throughout the recovery process to answer questions. Great communication, felt very comfortable through the whole process.
