Couldn’t Be Happier – Exceeded my Expectations in Every Way!

Dr. Markarian truly exceeded my expectations, and I can’t recommend him enough. I’m currently about 2.5 weeks post-op from a breast augmentation and lift, and I already feel so confident and happy with my results.
For context, I’m 34, about 120 lbs, and a mom of two who nursed both kids. Between that and some weight fluctuations, my breasts had lost their volume and shape, they were my biggest insecurity.
From the very first consultation, I knew I was in good hands. My initial consult was virtual (I sent photos ahead of time), and Dr. Markarian went through everything in such thoughtful detail. He actually answered almost all of my questions before I even had a chance to ask them. He’s professional, easy to talk to, and explains things in a way that makes sense. I never once felt rushed or brushed off. He was completely transparent about potential complications, which incision option he would have to do + why, expected scarring, pricing, and what each next step would look like.
When it came time for my in-person consultation, I was honestly dreading it because I thought it would be awkward standing there topless being “evaluated.” But it wasn’t like that at all. Somehow he manages to make you feel comfortable and respected, even in the most vulnerable situation. I left that appointment feeling 100% confident in my decision to move forward with him as my surgeon.
One of my biggest anxieties going into surgery was the anesthesia.. I had never been under before. If that’s something you’re nervous about too, let me ease your mind: it was such a smooth, easy experience (honestly, kind of relaxing). The entire team was kind, reassuring, and efficient. The day of surgery went perfectly, and recovery has been so much easier than I expected.
Now that I’m 2.5 weeks post-op, I can honestly say my results have already exceeded what I thought was possible. I had looked at tons of before-and-after photos online of people with a similar starting point to mine, and I didn’t love most of them — which made me nervous. But I made sure to tell Dr. Markarian exactly what I didn’t want, and he absolutely nailed it. Somehow, he took what I considered hopelessly saggy and deflated and turned it into something I genuinely love.
If you’re still in the research phase, take this as your sign, you’ll be in excellent hands. Dr. Markarian has an incredible eye for detail and my results are better than I imagined possible!
