Mark has a relaxed and calm attitude. During the initial appointment, he provided advice on the type of procedures required to achieve the outcome I wanted and explained the process clearly. On the day, prior to having the work done, Mark ran through the process again, and once agreed we went ahead. Throughout, Mark explained what he was doing and made me feel at ease, and it was complete in no time. It has been a couple of weeks because I wanted things to settle before providing feedback, and I am really pleased with the outcome; subtle and exactly what I wanted. I spent ages looking into CO2 facial laser treatments as it’s not something to take lightly. The procedure is evasive and finding the right doctor was very important to me. After my initial consultation with Mark I felt reassured and confident that I would be in safe hands. Mark is extremely processional, very down to earth and tells you exactly what to expect. Mark managed my expectations and explained in great detail what I could expect. On the day of my treatment I felt very anxious but was very quickly put at ease by the entire team. I am not going to say the treatment was painless but it was definitely not as bad as I thought it would be. There is no hard sell, if fact on my arrival I asked Mark if would also have time to do my neck as well. He did have time but said he thought having my face done would be enough for one day! I am currently on day two post procedure, The sunburnt feeling had gone within about 8 hours and there has been no pain. I do look pretty scary but I am amazed how quickly my skin is healing. I am now just waiting for Mark to let me know when I have recovered enough to have my neck done. Mark and the clinic have a new client and I would highly recommend Mark to anyone thinking of CO2, fillers etc Updated on 8 Oct 2025: I thought I would update you on my progress. I am now three weeks post laser and my face is glowing. I went into the office today for the first time since my treatment and 3 people said how well I looked. My colleague who is a real Alfa male actually asked what I had done!! Wonders never cease! The attached photo is me tonight after getting up at 5am this morning, with no makeup

I had a thread lift with Mark, who is exceptionally experienced. The treatment was quick, efficient and totally worthwhile. I could see a significant improvement immediately, redefined silhouette on the contours of my face and a subtle lift. All very natural. Afterwards, I felt slight discomfort for a few hours, but no swelling or bruising, just a very happy client!

I’m so happy with my results! My eyelids had started to droop quite heavily, making me look tired and making makeup difficult. The doctor explained everything clearly and reassured me that I only needed treatment in two areas. The procedure was quick, much easier than I expected, and the results are fantastic — my eyes look brighter and I feel more confident. Highly recommend!
