Mark has a relaxed and calm attitude. During the initial appointment, he provided advice on the type of procedures required to achieve the outcome I wanted and explained the process clearly.
On the day, prior to having the work done, Mark ran through the process again, and once agreed we went ahead. Throughout, Mark explained what he was doing and made me feel at ease, and it was complete in no time.
