Recently I had FFS with Dr Mardirossian and it was an absolute 5 stars experience. It was a revision case, to fix another top rated skilled surgeon’s work. While some surgeons hesitate to do any revision work on me, Mardirossian showed a lot of interests and understood my pain. He truly cared about my case. He has genuine passion for his work and he doesn’t apply the same cookie-cutter template to everyone. A surgeon like Dr. Mardirossian is very rare. Now I’m one week post op and beyond happy. My results are even better than I expected. He truly transformed my face. There are so many surgeons, but not many who cares about details and deliver what you wish for. If you have the opportunity to work with Dr Mardirossian , trust your instincts. I am so grateful I chose him, and I finally feel like my dysphoria is being lifted instead of reinforced.

I consulted with some of the top FFS surgeons in the world. In the end I’m so glad I decided to go with Dr Mardirossian. I don’t think I would have had such a great experience elsewhere. The results exceeded all my expectations; it’s very difficult to express the amount of joy and peace I can find in life now compared to my time before the surgery.I had two separate virtual consultations. Both were informative, candid and made me feel both seen and heard. At no point did I feel pressure to be rushed through the next step. Neither did I feel ‘just like another patient.’ Dr Mardirossian was very clear on his methods and the reasoning behind them and took pleasure in going deeper into the technical and aesthetic justifications behind them when I asked any questions or had any specific requests. His personality throughout was warm and approachable.The day of the surgery was not anxiety-inducing. Dr Mardirossian met me at the surgical centre in-person before the surgery. He was also present immediately after I was discharged. I felt that I was in good hands throughout the entire process.The post-operative care was amazing. I had a fever the day after the operation. The nurse (Jennifer) and Dr Mardirossian were incredibly helpful and answered my phone calls late at night to offer some guidance on which medications to resolve the issue. Within a day I felt better.Best of all, I got to meet the whole team in-person. Everyone was lovely and made the process of consultation, travel, surgery, and post-operative care smooth and hassle-free. Joan was very helpful in setting up my initial remote consultations with the practice; Galina made the billing process transparent and easy to digest; Jennifer answered all my healthcare questions leading up to and during post-operative care quickly. I even received some free signature green ice-packs for after-care :)

Hello all! I’m going to be super detailed on this journey here because I genuinely want to give future prospects an idea of the pleasant surprise they’re in for. I will be posting photos of my before and after. Feel free to ask me questions! Okay, so, I’ve always been super insecure about my forehead. I’ve always had bangs for as long as I could remember. But, in my situation, the way my forehead protruded, I didn’t think anything could be done. Once the pandemic hit, I almost never did my hair and LOVED not having to have bangs. I wanted a permanent change! I started researching doctors. I initially did interviews with doctors who do forehead reduction. But I needed more. I needed my forehead to be evened out. I’ve had doctors turn me down for surgery. I continued with my researched and found the term “forehead contouring “. I kept researching and found two doctors. One in NJ & one in FL. I interviewed the NJ doctor.. it lasted 12 minutes. I didn’t feel anywhere near comfortable! 12 minutes with such a drastic procedure ?! Anyhow, I booked my consultation with my doc & it lasted about 40 minutes or so. Dr. M is VERY structured and detailed with what to expect. I knew immediately, once I hung up, he was THE doctor. Days later, I booked my procedure date & flight. Galina & Melissa are amazing! Even with school, they were able to adjust my pre op/post op times. The day of my surgery, I was nervous but very at ease. Fast forward, I am 3 days post op! When I tell you I LOVE my results !! I will continue posting pics as my journey goes on. Updated on 14 Mar 2021: Here’s my 1 week progress . Okay! So, I’ve gotten all stitches and staples removed. (Both on separate days ) . I took my pain medication the hour before removal so I hardly felt any crazy pain. Fast forward, this is the picture after all the removal (don’t mind my bun). Overall, I feel fine. I know the appearance looks crazy but it should better over the next couple of weeks.

Excellent care and results. Dr. M is wonderful and so are his staff. More importantly, you are treated as a human being and not pushed into procedures you don't want. I can now live my life without harassment where before I was constantly stared at or worse. My partner also thinks I look cute :)

I am so grateful for Dr Mardirossian fixed my right cheek defect. He precisely put a piece of silastic to fill out the defect. Yay! He is so knowledgeable, careful, precise, and skilled. I just wish I had gone to him first. Absolute cheek expert!

I highly recommend Dr. Mardirossian! I have been a patient since 2014. I have had numerous cosmetic procedures from Botox to a face lift. All with excellent outcomes. My most recent 8/20, CO2 laser exceeded my expectations. As a registered nurse, watching the doctor and his staff navigate enhanced infection control practice with skill is reassuring.

I had Facial Feminization Surgery with Dr. Mardirossian. He was very clear and thorough on what we would be doing. He did a CT scan to detect all my nerves so they can be avoided. He analyzed my skin and talked through with me all the procedures. I'm 18 days post-op as of writing this review, and I have healed tremendously. His results as of now are much more than I even thought existed and I'm seeing it all come together every day. This Surgeon gave me exactly what I asked for and he did it very well. His staff and surgical team were top class, respectable and professional. Dr. Mardirossian is very organized and skilled in his trade. There are not many surgeons out there that can or will provide this good of results and treat you so well. Recovery was great, I only had one small bruise which was because I didn't ice my eye socket down enough which is normal for this procedure.

I am beyond satisfied!!! Dr. Mardirossian exceeded my expectations. Today is exactly two weeks since the surgery and I'm so happy with the results. Dr. Mardirossian and his entire staff ( Joan, Galina and Crystal) went above and beyond. I felt comfortable instantly, after speaking with his staff I knew that my search was over. Dr. Mardirossian is an artist, he was able to make the necessary changes without erasing my essence. I wanted change yet I wanted to be able to recognize myself. From the first time I saw myself post surgery I knew he succeeded. I'm so grateful, Dr. Mardirossian from one day to the next changed my life. I see my TRUE self when I look in mirror. What other surgeons said could not be done , he not only accomplished, but exceeded my expectations.. The fact he is not only al just an artist , one who is passionate about his skills and his patients , strives to ease the patients anxiety , no nonsense approach in explaining the procedure along with hia staff. I knew immediatly he waa the only surgeon that would be touching my face... Get this , the man the artist has a cat scan for neck and head in his office.., that impressed me , what other surgeon has this? ONLY an perfectionist .. You will not go wrong with chooaing his skills , artistry and complimetary support team he has in his office. CUDOS
