Yesterday, I got a tooth bonded but it looks different in color. Does the color change over time or do I have to ask my dentist to have it re-done? My teeth are not snow-white but the bonding looks darker, yellowish and somewhat transparent.
My front two teeth have had enamel loss for years now and have a yellow color to them. I was wondering if I would be a good candidate for bonding on my front two teeth to help with the color. Thanks in advance.
Hello! I chipped my front tooth as a teenager and the bonding has been redone a few times. It's small piece on the bottom portion near the middle. After getting braces I needed it redone..again. The new composite has completely changed the shape and difficulty in matching color (redone twice to no avail). I'll pay anything to get a more pleasing result at this point. I dont want veneers ( want to keep my natural teeth). Who is the BEST bonding specialist in the US? Travel and $ wont be an issue.
This is the second time in a couple of months I've gotten bonding and my dentist told me he gave me the lightest color possible for bonding? How can this be? Why did he whiten them first then? In the photo you can see my concerns and especially because you can't whiten bonding. I'm so stressed out from this I've spent a total of 8 hrs in a dental chair with my mouth stretched open just to be disappointed. How can there not be a color that matches my teeth? My natural teeth are so much brighter
My teeth have been yellow since I was a child. My dentist says my enamel looks OK, but my teeth are SO sensitive! I've had my teeth whitened, but it never lasts long and really really hurts. I don't want veneers because I feel like they look fake and I don't want my already sensitive teeth shaved. Would tooth bonding help the color and sensitivity? Any other procedure suggestions?
So I just got bonding on 2 of my teeth and here's what's wrong: Tooth number 1 is yellow and it stands out because the doc trying to apparently match the color to the same tooth on the other side but it looks very yellow and tooth number 2 is now too small and kind of rectangular and not in line with the other teeth. Can this mistakes be fixed? And if yes how?
Hi everyone, I recently had dental bonding done and I told my doctor that the dentist bonding colour looks a bit off. They said it looks fine and to wait a week before deciding to make any changes. What do you guys think? I am thinking to ask to get it redone and to use either shade a1 or b1 with more opacity
