I plan on going to a good surgeon Ive had a consultation with one a month ago and they said they do it above the parotid duct and less likely to hit any nerves at all. I really wanna do it but need to know if its very risky surgery or not and if there usually a lot of complications with it.
I'm 18 but really hate my chubby round face. I want it slimmer or atleast where I can see a little bit of hollow under my cheeks, my dad has genetically chubby cheeks so does my mom so I know when I'm older I won't get less fat around face. Am I good candidate? I know the risks and ready to take them. I feel too insencure about them and don't like round face
I feel that my cheeks always look kind of full and chubby, and I also don't like the 3 depressions above my chin. I am not sure what that ball on my cheeks is when I flex my face muscles. Is that buccal fat? Is the cause actually just a weak chin? I did have a small chin implant done 7 years ago, though I thought it made me look more masculine for some reason. Help, how can I fix these things?
5 years ago I had a facelift. I never had these huge cheeks or fat between my cheeks and jawline. It looks like he moved my jowls up and I look very swollen. People have noticed and asked what happened to my face, its very embarrassing and I would like to get an opinion on how to fix it or if it can be fixed. Thank you for any input.
I got a buccal fat removal a year in a half ago , and I have lumpiness from scar tissue that can be felt inside mouth on ride side of inner cheek , I also noticed that my right side of face is more puffy , but left side is good and has no scar tissue , can scar tissue have replaced the buccal fat causing swelling on right side ?
I previously had a lefort 1 advancement to correct an underbite. Snce then I feel my mouth area is more prominent and still looks swollen and puffy 4 years after having the surgery. I am considering cheek implants to balance things out and was wandering if this combined with buccal fat removal and masseter botox would create a more lifted effect? What could help improve the shape of my lower face and add definition?
I've been taking isotretinoin pills for about 10 months.I started with 10mg,later 20mg,30mg ,40mg and then cut down to 30mg,20mg and 10mg.I've stopped taking it for a month now. If i had the surgery my healing could be really slow and i could be risking getting infected or scarred deeply?! I've heard that oral wound healing is generally faster and the incisions made inside the mouth are really small so i'm thinking of doing itCould i get infected due to slow healing?Afraid of the complications
