21, facial asymmetry - Buccal fat removal or otherwise? (Photos)

Should I get buccal fat removal or another procedure ? My right side is really defined and chiseled with minimal fat while my left side is way more round/soft. I’m pretty thin (104 pounds and 5’3) so I don’t know what to do. Also i’m 21 so should i wait i‘m really bothered by it so I’d rather do it sooner than later.

It does not look like this is a buccal fat, it looks like jowls. Simple liposuction with small cannula in local anesthesia will do the trick. Good luck.
