I had my first breast reduction in September 2019. In March 2021, I had extra skin removed and scar revision surgery due to bottoming out. The lower portion of the breasts were visibly denser and no volume on top, with nipples sitting high. Now, a little over a year later, the problem is still there. I went to my surgeon and he suggested implants with an internal bra. I went to see a second surgeon and he said implants with a lift, no internal bra. I'm confused! What do you think? Thank you!!
hi! i had my surgery in july 2020, i was 19 at a time w a bra size of 38DDD, i got an impromptu call to come get the surgery done, the surgeon did not take any before and after photos and also didnt inform me what size she would be reducing them to. After the surgery nothing looked normal as they bottomed out right away, i also saw that i have dog ears and my boobs are way smaller than the proportion of my body, what would be advisable to do? I dont want my boobs any smaller than they are at
I'm concerned about bottoming out. I had my breast reduction in October 2018 and I think my breasts may be bottoming out. I was super happy with my results immediately after surgery, but now I'm starting to notice a lot of sagging in the lower pole and high areola placement. I'm wondering what type of revision could correct this. I'm not concerned about nipple sensitivity or scarring; but I want an overall aesthetic (and small!) result.
Hello. I recently had a breast reduction (went from about 12G to 12DD) and since the surgery my breasts have dropped their fullness to the lower pole and i feel seem larger. The inframammary crease is also now larger and my breasts feel heavier. I am considering a revision to correct the bottoming out and am wondering whether it is possible to also remove some more breast tissue during the revision (making them smaller) or if such a revision just removes skin? Thank you for your answers!
I had an BR 3 years ago but all my breast tissue is in the lower pole now because of That my nipples seem to high. Is it possible to do liposuction at the lower pole? Or is it possible that i do lipofilling at the upper pole then it will lift maby then the nipples dont look so high. Maby both remove skin from the lower pole and a lipofilling of the upper pole. What is best?
I had a breast reduction 2 years ago. I have very little volume in the upper pole, my nipples are pointing upwards and my breasts are 'bottoming out' I also have aerola skin remaining on the lower part of my breast. My aim is to maintain a B cup breast size while Lowering my nipple position, increasing volume on upper pole through implant and possibly removing aerola pigmented skin if possible. Can you remove additional fat from breast and replace with implant? (I don't mind sensation loss)
