5'0, size 38DD, around 165-170 lbs. It's been years that I've had to handle this consistent issue of bad posture and constantly grabbing, scratching and picking at my own chest out of aggravation and I want as much possible removed. Would Anthem Blue Cross qualify it as medically necessary?
I'm a 5'5 155lb 40yo white F. I am relatively sedentary & trying to maintain weight/lose belly fat on a 1200 calorie 30%carb, 20%protien & 50%healhy fat macro diet rcmmd'd by a dietitian years ago. I'm having a breast reduction in April (34G to 34C/D). What type of diet (food, calories, macros, etc) should I follow during the recovery period to help my body best heal while not packing on lbs or belly fat? Especially during the extra sedentary 1st & 2nd wk?
I've had 2 consult with different opinions. I'm currently 5'3, 150 lb and wear a 34 G. One Dr said that a lift would bring me to at most ..a C cup. The 2nd Dr said he could do a reduction ( lift is part of it) to a D cup. What is the difference between the two and why would just a lift bring me down so many cup sizes?
I had my first BR 10 years ago but it was like I didnt get a BR (32H, 150lb, 58). I found out that the surgeon only removed 150 grams from each breast. Now I am considering a 2nd breast reduction. I have been told that they may only be able to take another 150-250 grams off bc of blood supply to the nipples. I want to reduce my 50% but am not sure now if a 2nd BR is worth it. Some surgeons seem to imply I can reduce as much as I want? So which is it? Help!
I currently weight 154 pounds and I am 53 tall. My surgery is covered by my Blue Cross insurance. I am worried about how many grams of tissue they are talking about taking off since I have lost about 60 pounds in the last year and feel as I have barely any breast left. I wear about a 32 DDD now and based on the Schnur scale will be having between 410-370 grams removed. What sized would I be after?
Im female, about 56, around 160 lbs and Afro Canadian. So Im happy with the shape of my breast. I would just prefer them to be more firm and higher up so its easier to do things specifically exercise. So would you recommend a breast lift or still a breast ? Im 21, 54 and 155 pounds. I am a size 34H and was curious if I would be able to get a breast reduction. Im active (going to the gym 4-5 times a week, eat healthy, and work on my feet) and healthy, but my breast size really messes with my overall body and lifestyle. Would I have to loose weight to get a breast reduction or am I fine as is?
