I'm currently a size 32D and would like to be a 32DDD. I'm very active, lift weights and my job requires heavy lifting. At this time I don't want a lift and I want the implants placed subglandular. Could I achieve more roundness and fullness with subglandular breast implants? I'd also like to know an opinion on what size of implants and I would need to achieve my breast size goal.
Why are there 400 cc implants that look huge, sometimes even bigger than, for example, 550 cc implants; and vice versa? I'm about 5'7 and 135 lbs. I'm a 32B and I would like to be a 32 D- 32DD but I'm not sure of what size implants I would need to achieve that while still keeping things natural looking. I'm looking to get round, high profile, silicone, under the muscle with incisions in the crease.
Im 5'7 and weigh 50kg. I'm getting a full lift with implants but I'm already starting at a small D/full C. I want to be a DD/DDD after my surgery. Im looking at 250 CC but Im afraid that this size will make me top heavy since I'm already starting at small D or wont make a difference at all. I want the implant to be big enough for nice shape and cleavage but not too big so that it looks stuck on. How can I know what size will be right given Im already starting off with breast tissue/breast fat?
So after kids and weight changes my breasts have really deflated. Before my daughter, I was naturally blessed with full DDs+, and want to get them back. I met with a couple plastic surgeons for consults and they think I'll have great results with implants. I'm wondering how big I'll need to go To get back the size I want. I'm a 34 D now, skin is lose and stretched but both Drs said no lift is needed. My bf, who has been encouraging me to do this for years, says bigger the better.
