I had 380CC (filled to 450 CC) saline under the muscle implants removed today. I was barely a 32A before the implants (just a tiny amount of breast tissue). I am disappointed to see that I am COMPLETELY flat (maybe even concave) aft
This is me before op and the next picture is me one week after op. 450cc in each breast. I was flat before - totally! Like you can see. And I have had this implants for 5 years now and I need to take them out. Is the result gonna be bad? Im really scared! I really need some advice here.
I had my subglandular implants removed almost 2 years ago. Id like to have the skin tightened and the areolas greatly reduced in size, I dont mind being having no volume & being flat chested but Id like the skin to at least be tight and the nipples in their appropriate position on my chest. Is this possible after having implants placed subglandular and the capsules being left in? Ive attached some goal photos as well as my own.
I do realize there will be many changes over the next several weeks however, I had 500cc silicone implants placed for 10 years. Am I to expect that my chest wall will always be this way? The muscles were sutured down and drains placed. I am completely flat-chested but have good elasticity so no lift was done. Age 45 btw. I was prepared for a flabby flat chest, but the concavity is unexpected I guess.
I've had these for 2 1/2 years and they don't fit my lifestyle. Here are my before and after. My muscle was cut in order to put these implants in. Would explanting distort my naturally flat chest? Would my chest be all scarred up? Or is downsizing a better option? I would want significantly smaller.
I was a 32A before breast implants in 2009. Almost no breast tissue but there was some. I had 380CC (filled to 450) saline under the muscle implants. I had them removed yesterday via local anesthesia. I am now COMPLETELY flat, no breast tissue at all. Will they fluff up? They look kind of deformed. The skin is only slightly saggy around the nipples.
