I am now exactly 3 months post surgery and my Lowe poles are quite simply empty. Making the skin sag and nipple very low. Upper poles are full and firm giving a cry unusual shape. I keep reading that my implants will drop and fluff but why is the bottom of my Breasts so empty? Will they drop any more? I went to Brussels for surgery from the UK so have not had a check up and it's not easy to pop back and cover off questions.
I had a breast lift and Ideal implants in January of 2022. My right breast is great, but what can be done about the left breast? My right implant is 440cc's and my left is 405cc's. Thanks in advance!
On April 7th I got my breast implant surgery. I let my doctor picked the size of my implants but we agreed in using a HIGH PROFILE. Instead he used a moderate plus (without consulting me) which is not giving me fullness, projection, or cleavage. I am very unhappy with the results I am a 5'2 120lbs and I feel the same or even worse before the surgery. These implants did not do anything for me I was a very saggy small A and he used 375cc with silicone moderate plus to give me a B cup.
I don't feel my surgeon was experienced in my type of breasts. I'm only a month and 2 wks out, but I'm unhappy about everything. I don't feel I was fully informed about having any under breast even AFTER a BA. He told me a BA would be enough and I spent my life savings on it practically, I don't know what else to do. What else should I have gotten done? I know I'm early out, but I can already tell based on ppl's pics I'm getting double bubble, and I went under muscle L (421cc) R(457cc)
I have 700cc placed over the muscle and I really hate the look. I am 4 weeks post op and I'm really hoping the shape changes and they shrink a little. What can I expect? Should I get a revision? I never wanted the fake look I never wanted a round look and I'm just very unhappy.
Silicone, 400cc, under the muscle. Unfortunately, I feel they are way bigger than the size I wanted. I'm actually starting to feel really depressed and unhappy. I've includedp a picture which is 2 weeks post op. My question for you is, do they still look really swollen, is that why they look huge? When they settle more within the next 4 weeks, will they not look so big?? Also, when will my nipples not look so puffy and be able to get hard again?
I had moderate profile Mentor 325s placed under the muscle through the armpit almost 5 months ago. I am very petite and have firm tight skin. My range of motion is still only 90%. Pre-surgery, I was a 32A with slightly droopy nipples (shrunk from a 32C after children. During pregnancy I grew to a 32F and my breasts looked nice, even and not droopy.) My doctor is saying I look normal, which is obviously not the case. Do you think I will drop and fluff more?
I want to change my implants to a more showy, perky, noticeable breast, I have the 410 gummy bear 455 grams, and despite thier weight and size I look flat chested, I had them out in after breast reconstructionn. They are high profile but they look like old lday boobs hanging down I want the bold stripper style looks ......
.My PS is dual board certified. I told him I am unhappy with the way both breasts sit out to the sides, and I have zero upper pole fullnes, and zero cleavage. Tried on some sizers at 700-750, and he told me I can EASILY go to 800cc.. he recommends the silicone smooth moderate plus profiles for me. I recently lost 30 lbs, and thats the LAST look I'm going for. I'm 5'9 150lbs, and my measurement around my ribs under my breasts is 30 1/2.
