Hi, when I get Botox for my forehead, I have always historically gotten a headache. The last few times Ive developed nausea and flu-like symptoms day of that last a few days. Is this common? I am considering my future treatment options as this seems less than ideal.
My first day I felt a bit foggy and headachy, but fine right after. Now 5 days later, I have begun feeling nauseas, light headed, and dizzy, and I see that others have also experienced flu-like symptoms post Botox as well. How can I tell if these symptoms are related, and if they are, how long can I expect these side effects to last?
hello. 4 months ago I had 50 units in the masseter Bocouture. failure and nearly half the botox was injected into muscle buccinator and masseter half in bringing down my cheeks. The first few days I had nausea, tremors, chills, muscle weakness and I took off at 2 weeks. Now that I fulfill 4 months I am having the same symptoms again. these symptoms have become because this toxin out of my body? the buccinator recover or remain stunted? Habre developed botulism? I never had problems like this before.
I got Botox on Wednesday it is now Saturday nothing has changed on my face that still do exact thing that it was before.i did however the first few days have a sore throat headache.mild nausea.some dizziness.If it doesnt work then I want to get a refund.they told me would fix my four head from always been tense and having future lines. Received 26 units. I never had any visible lines now its only when I Force them
Went in for Botox for frown lines. 25 units. Couple hours later rushed to emergency Throat started to close up. Week later still have terrible side effects. Dizzy nauseous nervousness extreme fatigue What can I do and how long will it last
I am a 44 year old healthy woman. I had Botox for the first time a little over a week ago in my forehead. Today I started having diarrhea, mild nausea, feeling weak. Can you have symptoms like this 10 days after? I hope I am overreacting, but can I die from this? Just very nervous.
First time Botox 2 weeks ago. 4 hours after injection stomach turned, an urge to vomit for several hours came. Took and still taking Zofran for nausea. Weight loss, only smoothies/crackers/soup. I am healthy 43 y/o female, exercise regularly, live a clean lifestyle no drinking, smoking, coffee, etc. In rare cases I have read these side effects can last some time. Can anyone suggest how long it will last? What underlying condition can I look into, considering the side effects I am having.
I had Botox yesterday.The injections were more painful than usual, not the needle but the pain of the liquid being injected into the muscle. It was enough to make me feel sweaty and nauseous.Today woke up and didn't recognise myself.The inner corner of both eyelids is completely swollen and bulging and it makes me look like a completely different person, my eyes are too wide apart.It's worse on my right side and I still have a headache on my right side. I don't want to leave the house.
