Hi, my dermatologist did not recommend any face moisturiser and body lotion when she prescribed me with the medication Isotretinoin. May I know what brand or type of face moisturizer/ body lotion to use while taking Isotretinoin? Also, I exercise at least 3times a week including running, Swimming and Cycling. Is this okay for my skin since I will sweat a lot during exercise? Appreciate your advise. Thank you in advance!
Hello, I've been on Accutane for 5 months (60mg dose) with one month remaining. My acne has cleared, unfortunately leaving a lot of red spots (post-inflammatory erythema). I understand this process takes a long time to heal, and I've been sticking to my normal moisturizers, cleansers whilst on this drug. I was just wondering if weightlifting/ moderate to high-intensity exercise exacerbates my condition of post-inflammatory erythema or does it have no effect.
I have been on Accutane for 2 months. Since then I have noticed while doing exercises like deadlifts and squats I get lower back pain . I know my form is correct and My lower hurts only for around 10 seconds after the exercise. Is this a possible side effect?
I have been suffering from acne for over 5 years now it started with my face and went down to my body and slowly progressed , i workout a bit and determined but acne really destroyed my self steam and specially because i got such a bad acne i cant go to anywhere, i am feeling kinda hopeless and accutane is my last option can any of you please help me and mentally support me ?! any advise would be appreciated , and well accutane really work for me ?Male 75 kg , 17 years
I'm a bit of a female gym rat... I lift weights and was about to incorporate work out supplements into my regemin. I currently take fish oil 2x daily and a multi vitamin and the occasional whey protein shake. I am looking into purchasing Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) Supplements, pre-workout for energy and BCAAs for recovery.. I know that I do have to change my multi vitamin so that it no longer includes Vitamin A. Was just wondering if I can take the above things? I know creatine is a no.
