I had my first breast Implants two years ago but unfortunately I felt
they were to small and didn't fit my body frame. (I wish i had listened to the advice of Dr. Gabriel of going a bit larger.) So I decided to get larger implants and also redo my tummy tuck. I have never been happier. Dr Gabriel is a wonderful Doctor! He is a miracle worker and I can now wear a two piece at 56! I would highly recommend Dr Gabriel for anyone needing surgery. He is honest and forthright about what would be best for his patients.
