My implants were 15 years old and needed replacing, but I was further motivated by the painful substantial capsular contracture I was experiencing in both breasts. I was not anxious to have this procedure because I knew it would be a big surgery. However, I thoroughly vetted Dr. Gabriel and as a result had the utmost confidence in his abilities which definitely eased my apprehension. His pre-op and post-op instructions were very detailed which were most helpful as well.
