PICOSURE IS HERE!!!
So I just found out that the laser place I almost went to for the R20 method JUST GOT A PICOSURE!!! Scratch the R20 and go for the Pico!!!

Thank you guys for the comments. I am EXTREMELY skeptical about this but I think I want to at least try. I have a 9 year old black and red (almost pink now) 3x3in tattoo on my wrist that I would like to use as a stepping stone to see if this is worth it. I would be doing the R20 method at Pristine Laser Center in Orlando. I have many more I would like removed so if this is effective than I will continue. I work outside so I will have to keep it covered. Still debating but leaning towards going for it. I will post a pic of it soon. Thanks yall!

ANY INFO ON R20 IS HELPFUL!!! I have been battling anxiety/depression/ and ocd for 10 years now. My obsessions quickly became my tattoos and now I want them gone. It's affecting my work and social life. Should I go for R20 or wait until something new comes out? Also if anyone has info on the Picosure that would be appreciated as well.

I would investigate the R20 technique at the laser center near you. Consultations are often free of charge. Why are you afraid? Is it of the unknown, if so, a consultation will answer your questions. Everyone is unique and so each of us respond differently. I have had two single passes and one R20 technique. Each time I was taken very well care of by the clinic. I say move forward, get answers to your questions with a consultation. Be honest with the clinic about your prescription use, it could affect your success. Be patient, removing the tattoo takes a long time but it's worth it in the end. If you want to wait for the picosure, investigate through the manufacturer's website, Cynosure, if there's a clinic near you that has it. Good luck! aloha...k
You should go for R20 if your tattoos are giving you some serious problems! This method works really good! Specially if is black ink tattoos! If not you should go for PICOSURE! this is the best laser you can find! Read this I hope you find it useful ! I got a HUGE tattoo that bothers me every single day.. GOD i would love to remove it too! I just have to be patient and wait till I return to USA because I do not trust chinese Hospitals or lasers. Here everything is just about money.
