When I was in my teens I took accutane and it worked but few months later I would get a few breakouts. Now in my 30's I didn't want to take the high dose and have to deal with side effects. I find that 20mg once a week controls the oil and breakouts. I highly recommend taking low dose accutane instead of the high dose.
