Pre BA pictures

I am considering another BA…. and also considered an explant. I would prefer to live with my real ME, but I don't think that I can, especially after seeing this picture. Now I remember what I felt like…. bummer.

In any case, if it can help someone searching on this site, here it is!!

I feel I should share that I never wanted anything perfect, or even, or bigger. I just wanted them. I didn't have a bra size in mind, or wanted my tubular breast to be corrected. To this day I don't regret size. Keep that in mind when you consider a BA… bigger is not better. (imo)

Pictures

Picture of the right breast migrating under the arm pit, you will notice that it is sliding slightly inward.

I'm a 40 year old active mom of two going for a revision of my 275CC saline implants that are currently under the muscle. I had the surgery done 20 years ago. All went well, my scars took a while to heal but no capsular contracture. The only problem now is that my right implant has been migrating under my armpit (not excessive but enough for me to find it annoying). I have recently been doing some more serious weight lifting and I think it may have played a role but my PS think that the pocket must have been made bigger on that side and it must have been like this for a while. I also have a big gap in between my breast and I wish they were closer. *my rib cage, not the implants fault).
I had two consultations but I chose Dr Elizabeth Hall-Findlay in Banff. She is worth the wait! I had to wait 3 months for a consult. Her BA is more expensive than the other PS but I liked her approach and she tells it like it is. She recommends 350cc (size to be determined at surgery) above the muscle, gummy bears, no lift needed. She said unders will migrate to the side regardless of implant size/profile and sutures and unders will create a very wide cleavage for me, same as I have now. She has been very patient with me, we had 2 consultations because I was worried about going above the muscle and getting a capsular contracture. She has reassured me though. I fully trust her. She also mentioned that if I was concerned about surgery that I could just wait until my implants ruptured and have a BA at that time. I think thats great!

The other PS (Dr. Whidden) recommended under the muscle high profile silicone implants. He showed me a patient picture similar to my issue and they were going to look great but I thought they looked huge and that's not the look I am going for. He also recommended sutures to correct the right breast migrating under the armpit. I also felt a bit pressured to book my BA with Dr Whidden the day of my consultation and it turned me off.

I haven't scheduled a date yet, probably Sept/Oct 2015. I am a bit scared, and don't really want to be without working out for a few weeks so I keep delaying the surgery. Mind you, I have no urgency so I'll go when I am ready I will book it.

I will update with pics later.
