I had a botched lip filler done 5 months ago. I tried to dissolve but had a bad reaction to the dissolver and could not continue. I have a bunch of hard lumps and my lips wont stop peeling off. Its so painful. What could possibly be done?
I like the overall shape of my lower lip but there is a small bump of superficial filler on the right side. I feel like its superficial as that part is a different pigment and you can see a light bump. I dont want to inject hyalase into it as Im worried this will dissolve the surrounding filler too. Is it possible to inject saline just into that area to spread the filler and make it less visible? I heard you can also poke it out with a needle but Im not sure if this will leave the lips uneve
Hi! I have been looking for alternatives to constant HA injections. I have undergone 2 fat transfers to the lips with very minimal and subtle changes. I knew it would be subtle but worth a try. I would like something like Renuva over the top seeing as I do have fat in there already however as it's not meant for the lips (due to not having natural fat occurring however in my case I do) and not having much luck finding a provider. Is there anything else you recommend? Sculptra? Ect. Thank you
Had 2x mucocele excisions leaving a large scar. Had a scar revision over a year ago. Still sad about how my lip looks now (asymmetrical, scarred, hole). As you can see, I'm missing a lot of volume. It's been a couple years now since the second mucocele excision, and over a year since the scar revision.
Maybe a silly questionI know lip filler itself will naturally reduce teeth show but what about filler that has migrated to the philtrum ? I ask because Im probably getting my filler dissolved and refilled, and Im hoping it will shorten my philtrum back up so that you can see my teeth, but Im scared my philtrum is just longer because Im older now. Im 30 for context
Hello Doctors, Please advise. Ive had two injections, first time with .5 ML and then the second time with about .3 ML about 4 months later. Now more than 1 year later Im seeing two bumps on my bottom lips that wasnt like that before. They also look red especially when my lips are dry? Is this migration?
I had a direct liplift 2 months ago because the doctor said my philtrum was too thick to perform a bullhorn. Although I like my lips from the front but now it gave me a flat appearance from the side. Will filler help for projection?
Since about a month ago, I realized these blisters on my lips andunder my nose. What could they be? My lips have been tingling from time to time, and gets red along the borders of my lips (perhaps the injection site of the fillers) sometimes. But the tingles and redness goes down after a few hours and it comes back every few days. Im worried the lip fillers I got 6 months ago is causing an allergic reaction or infection.
I heard the more thats injected the more likely lumps will form so does that mean its tough to get full lips without lumps? or does it depend on the surgeon? is it more likely to get lumps with fat injections in the lips? also how can a person get full lips without the duck look?
