I've always been really self-conscious of my nose. It's round and small and kind of pig-like, and it looks like it belongs on someone 12 years younger than I am. I'm 18 but I always get mistaken for a 13 year old, and I feel like my nose really contributes to my baby face. Is there a way to make it straight and sharp, or at least more adult-like than it is?

It does appear you would need a dorsal graft with tip refine and possibly a caudal extension graft and spreader grafts. I know this is technical, but find an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon whom you trust. Good luck!

This should be done by a very experienced revision rhinoplasty surgeon since these are the same techniques we use on noses like yours.
