I had hump removal, dorsum narrowed (to prevent open rooftop), deviated nose straighten and a Nasal cartilage grafted on nose Tip. Prob: Blanch spot with hard bony bump on nose tip appeared since 2 mths ago. I believe it's a protuded grafted-cartilage sticking out underneath my Thin Skin (Shrink wrapping?). 1. Is it possible to fix this blanch spot without the need of fascia implant? 2. How to smooth this protruded cartilage without open rhino? Any suggestion will be appreciated. Thank you.

Answer: Excess pressure on the skin from exaggerated deep support can create blanching of the skin.

Maybe it's time for you to get a second option, to make sure too much tissue was not removed in the first place. I recommend consulting with a physician who has years of experience in facial cosmetic surgery and rhinoplasty.best of luck
You fractured your nasal bones right where they meet the cartilage, the keystone area. The separation of the cartilage from the bone has caused this stepoff. To correct it you need a formal rhinoplasty with a cartilage graft to give you a straight dorsum again.
10 days after surgery is much too early to judge the results of your rhinoplasty procedure. There still will be significant swelling present at this time and the appearance of your nose will continue to improve over more time. It can take 6-12 months for the healing process to occur....
