Because it sounds like you have a fairly high tolerance for pain, I think that you could be back to work around 10-14 days.  No lifting more than 20 lbs. for about 6 weeks.  Good luck!

A recovery with Mastopexy, breast Augmentation and tummy tuck can look very overwhelming because of the multiple areas involved.
As surgeons we understand the need not to feel "comatose" secondary to medications, but we also know that its important to take your pain medication as scheduled in the early days of surgery to avoid those "un bearable" stretches

In my practice i often combine Multi Modal Therapy (3-4 different pain medications taken at different intervals) along with anaesthetic blocks (such as a TAP or Spinal).

These two modalities have changed how my patients recover and most of them are in good spirits by as early as a few days, and none of them have the nasty side effects of excessive narcotic use.

Most patients are able to perform their normal activities of daily living at around 10 to 14 days and this includes most desk jobs.
It does takes about 2-4 months for full recovery. Women with small children usually need help with their children for about 3 weeks.

For my patients having a mommy makeover procedure, I recommend that they take 10 days off of work, three weeks off of cardio at the gym, and six weeks off of weight training and yoga exercises. Sounds like you did a great after the c-section. At 5'4"/116lbs you are in great shape.
I would give yourself a minimum of 10-14 days before work with these provisions...
1. I would use lovenox post-op (subQ shots daily for about 5 days postop) ask your surgeon about this to prevent clots/embolus
2. Wear support hose post-op for at least 3-4 week post...especially if you're going to be at a sitting desk job.
3. Get good support garments for post-op wear...it will decrease swelling/edema as well as helping the healing process.
4. I routinely have my augmentation patients take 1000-2000 IU of Vitamin E orally post-op. This definitely helps to decrease capsular contracture incidence (You want soft, natural perky breasts)
5. I have my patients get manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) to the breasts, abdomen and flank areas. This will also decrease swelling and improve healing.
6. I start all of my surgical patients on Vitamedica pre and postop.
7. Get a bra with good lateral support to stabilize the implant position and good inferior support (wide band, not underwire to prevent bottoming out!
Sounds like a lot, but it all helps the end results!
