When I look in the mirror (during free time) I always saw a bumpy deformed nose and i spent hours pressing on it and squeezing it trying to make it small. Recently Now lately I can't breathe out of my right nostril anymore and it always feels blocked. Did I broke my nose/deviate my nasal septum? Will it go away if I find the willpower to stop pressing on my nose? I hate my nose and I tried to fix it by pressing on it. I have no $$ for surgery. I'm scared I ruined my breathing forever:(

Taping the nose after a rhinoplasty can help to reduce swelling. It will not, by itself, help to support the tip three months after your procedure. Your nose will change quite a bit over the next six to twelve months and I hope that you achieve the result that you desire.
After having surgeries of the face such as rhinoplasty, face
lift, chin augmentation, it is best to avoid hot food and drink. This is
because heat vasodialates, and cold constricts. Vasodialation (widening
of the blood vessels) can cause bleeding and excess swelling. It is best
to refrain...
