Does accidentally choking on mouthwash/ toothpaste that goes up the nose after a rhinoplasty surgery cause internal damage?

Does it cause any damage to the nasal passages, cartilages or have any effect on a newly healing nose i.e. stitching or on any other newly forming nasal structures? I had rhinoplasty surgery 3 days ago.
