Liposuction of Sides and Arms After Mastectomy??

I am a 17 year cancer survivor who had axillary lymph node dissection during staging. I have been told not to injure or get shots in the arm where the lymph nodes were removed.

Is Liposuction of the back and sides an option for me? Is arm Liposuction or reduction an option for me?
