Transaxillary lift?
There's no such thing as a transaxillary lift. What some choose to do is a transaxillary implant and a lift done on the skin but that ends up giving you two incisions and if you have a hematoma with the implant it's very difficult to accesss anymore because of the scar being far from the implant.

Breast lifting surgery involves some degree of removal of breast skin and/or subcutaneous tissue. This “tightening of the skin envelope" of the breasts serves to list the breast position on the chest wall. In the process, the nipple/areola complex these are also moved superiorly. Therefore, the trans-axillary approach is not useful for breast lifting.

If your implants are the right size and in the right place the lift can be done without touching them.
An experienced plastic surgeon will help you select the right type of lift.
