I had my first implants (750cc) placed in 2010. I had a lift with smaller implants (500&550cc) in 2017. Ive never had a problem. Ive recently lost almost 50 pounds and for the last few days, I have had mild pain/soreness in both breasts, upper chest and underarm area. I also noticed when I lean over to pick something up, it feels like the implant is rotating. They do not feel hard, but I can tell they have sagged a bit since losing the weight. They are silicone and under the muscle. TIA!
the left breast seems to have a pocket in it and droops considerably more than the right breast. I'm older, but still would like to not be ashamed of them. Had a lift 15 years ago and still have scars. Is there anything that can be done to make these looks not like saggy tear drops, or does another implant need to be involved.?
I had a BFT infection, and an asymmetry formed. Then I had a BA, UTM, with 400 & 475 cc HP mentor. Then I had an implant exchange for 320 & 370 cc MOD+xtra mentor UTM. All in the span of 3 years. In your expert opinion, why are my results so saggy and asymmetrical? How can I avoid this happening again? Thank you for your time.
I had a breast lift and enlargement in September 2023. The implants used were mentor Johnsons and Johnsons and they were 515cc under the muscle. At my 2 week check up the nurse said my incision was very deep and was bleeding, I had to go back every second day to have it redressed. Ive have been to my 3 month check up and Ive told the surgeon Im not happy as my breast were better before surgery. They look flat, square, saggy and point south
I had a breast lift 6 months ago with 415cc implants, but I am not happy, I feel that they're still very sagging and never liked how separate they're, when I lie down the implants go completely to the side ending with the flattened chest, before the surgery my doctor said it was going to be behind the muscle, but after the surgery she said it was like a dual plan, because she looks for natural results but I didn't want that, I want my cleavage rounds and high.
I am 25, had my breast augmentation back in August of 2023, so about a year and a half ago. We did smooth, round silicone about 275 cc (if I remember correctly). As you can tell, the right has bottomed out and formed a double bubble when flexed. It also causes me pain on a daily basis. The left looks and feels better, but is saggy. Would love to know what would be advised in terms of a breast reconstruction to achieve optimal, natural results and prevent this from happening again.
A little over 6 months ago I had a BA. I got 485cc implants subfascial OTM. My concern is that I have lost all of the upper pole. Any advice on how this could be fixed? I have moved and have no interest in traveling back to see my surgeon. Im curious to what others think before I find a local surgeon near me.
Hi there! I'm about 6 weeks post op and I'm not too thrilled with my results. My breast still feel sagging and heavy and are still asymmetrical and I feel my surgeon left too much skin especially on my left breast. On top of that my breast especially the left seems to be bottoming out and the nipple looks too high to me. Am I correct in feeling this way? I would love a second opinion and to know what can be done if anything. Thank you!
I'm 6 weeks post op and I hate my results. My surgeon had told me he would perform a lollipop lift and 300cc implants, but upon waking up from surgery he had decided that the lift was not necessary and only put the implants. At first it looked OK but now that the swelling is gone my breasts are sagging and my nipples are too low and the overall shape of my breasts is just ugly. Should I ask for a revision?
